This gated community is perfect for walking, jogging and biking. Walk along the Caloosahatchee riverfront in this exclusive private country club community and explore Eagle Perch, the private island offering a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for everyone. You can unwind by strolling along the private island's sandy shores and winding paths while taking in a spectacular Southwest Florida sunset.
This property features almost 2000 sq. ft. including a Master Suite with a king bed, TV, and direct access to the lanai. The additional guest rooms have a queen bed connecting to a jack-n-jill bathroom that connects with the second guest room furnished with two twin beds, and a window seat. The family room has two reclining chairs, a couch and large flat screen TV making it easy to watch the game, shows or movies of your choice.
The full kitchen is more than equipped to handle home cooking. Off of the kitchen is our favorite little nook in the whole condo....Ideal for casual dining and social interaction, or just a quiet moment for a morning cup of coffee. Additional perks include central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Our family roots are from the MidwestâŠAthens, Ohio. We Love the Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club community atmosphere in Fort Myers. We first purchased a condo there as a vacation spot 16 years ago.
We later decided to sell the condo and purchased a house to raise our two youngest children. So many memories of Thanksgivings, Christmases and birthdays with all of our children and grandchildren.
Last year we sold our home in Gulf Harbour and moved back to our hometown of Athens to help care for our aging parents.
However, we missed our Community so much that we decided to purchase another Condo this summer. Since we cannot be there on a consistent basis, we decided to share our beautiful home and community with others. We hope you love DaViAnaâs!

Our home is welcoming and clean. Very spacious and the coffee nook and lanai makes for a great space for that first cup of coffee in the morning. A great place for memories to begin!
