Depuis 2008, Checked in Victoria Vacations propose des méthodes de paiement sécurisées, un processus de r���servation simple et des communications réactives.

Le centre-ville est l'un de nos plus récents ajouts à Checked In Victoria. Le bâtiment a été achevé en avril 2015, alors tout est brillant et neuf. Cette unité a un beau plan d'étage de 800 pieds carr���s avec une terrasse pour s'asseoir et profiter des images et des sons de Victoria et une vue supplémentaire sur les montagnes de presque toutes les fenêtres.

Le centre-ville est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec lits queen dans chaque chambre. Grand coin salon pour visiter ou regarder la télévision. La cuisine à concept ouvert vous permet de discuter et de préparer vos favoris. Il y a des appareils en acier inoxydable et des finitions haut de gamme.

Le centre-ville est à distance de marche de toutes les attractions majeures et mineures du centre-ville. À quelques pâtés de maisons de Inner Harbour et de quelques-uns des édifices du Parlement et du Royal BC Museum. Les restaurants et les magasins sont également juste à votre porte. Il y a aussi un bel espace commun qui a une composante intérieure et extérieure. Prenez votre café et votre journal et appréciez les foyers à gaz tout en regardant du monde!

Girls trip!

Excellent location and very well appointed. Loved the small terrace. Enjoyed being able to walk to great coffee and breakfast shops. So many good eating establishments within easy walking distance. We had planned outings for each day and were always able to walk to meeting place - Buchart Gsrdens, whale watching, food tour and high tea. Highly recommend.

Great location soft bed.

Only complaint would be the bed was very soft. Not great for someone like me with back and hip issues. Everything else was incredible. Great location.

Great Central Location

We loved the location of this unit! Easy walking to shopping, food, and the harbor. We felt safe walking to and from (it is a secured building), although occasionally we would encounter a "local" sleeping by the outside doors. The unit itself was small...the queen sized beds filled the bedrooms, but it was very comfortable! There were two couples, and we stayed for 3 days, and this was more than adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the large windows made the unit seem spacious! Very, very cute!!

Fine place to stay in a very walkable

Unit was well located in a newer building for a visit in a wonderfully walkable Victoria. The unit was more than adequate in most respects. The bedrooms were small and tended to be over furnished but the beds were comfortable. Comfortable seating was definitely lacking. Other than dinette or balcony chairs, the only seating was the couch part of a sofa bed. Replacing the sofa bed with two comfortable chairs is highly recommended. It was warm during our stay and we needed the windows open. The result was significant city noise in our fifth floor unit. Overall, a pleasant stay

A great stay, but unhappy with $155 cleaning fee plus chore list

This is a great quiet little condo, in walking distance shopping, waterfront, etc. Overall clean unit, but the clothes washer has mold on the rubber gasket. It needs attention. The chores list included taking out garbage, recycling, and compost and starting a load of laundry on departure in addition to things I would normally expect (cleaning coffee maker filter and starting dishwasher--thats pretty standard stuff at other units I have stayed at). I would have appreciated being offered a discounted cleaning fee if you are expecting me to add laundry and garbage removal.

Hi Jim, Thank you for your feedback, we always love to hear it, and will make sure the washer gasket is inspected. These units are set up in a similar way to time-share properties where taking out the garbage (with the reminder to remove the used coffee filter) and recycling is fairly standard. We only suggest "if you have time, please start a load of towels" and by no means are you obligated to do this. We like to mention it, as it helps give the next folks an earlier check in time, as when you have travelled all day it is nice to get in and settled earlier than later. Sorry you felt that it wasn't good value, but we hope you come back and won't feel obligated to start any laundry. Deidre and team

Location!

Great location! We were walking distance to everything in downtown Victoria. Suite was very accommodating and had everything we needed. Security of building was excellent. We would stay there again!

Worth it!

The property was in a central location downtown - everything was in walking distance! The suite was very well maintained and checking in / checking out was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Not exactly as presented

CheckedInnVictoria changed actual unit a few months before visit. New apt photos presented 2bedrooms. 2nd was really a den with permanently deployed murphy bed not a real bed. Small storage closet inaccessible as a result. There were holes in the bedding and some dishcloths. Location was excellent and it was well equipped for food prep.

Victoria in May

Property is great - very centrally located to everything - easy to walk anywhere. Property is exactly as described - manager met us for check-in - we had regular communication leading up to unit being available (we had asked for early check-in) so that was great. Kitchen fully equipped; beds very comfortable. Would suggest trying to add one extra chair in the sitting area so everyone (if more than 2 people) aren't all on the sofa. It would take some rejigging but think that would be valuable if you have more people in the condo. Otherwise, don't hesitate to book. You'll be very happy!

I was met at check in, given an orientation of the building and general overview of shops and markets in the neighbourhood. Heather and Tim were very helpful, if I needed anything they were very accommodating. The location was very suitable, I was able to walk most of the places I wanted to see. I nightly recommend it..

Five out of five rating.

The only suggestion would be to replace/upgrade the master bed with a better mattress and take away the footboard to allow more room around the bed. Also an additional lounge chair of some sort would be a bonus. Other than that everything about the unit and management excellent.

Comfort Plus

The unit and the whole building is extremely clean and well maintained. Well stocked unit. Beds are very comfortable. Even though we are right downtown the unit itself is very quiet. Speaking of downtown the unit is in a perfect location to all amenities. Deirdre, our welcoming guide, was very accommodating. She checked in with us on a regular basis and even asked if all was well during the Covid-19 quarantine. We could not ask for a better receptionist. Thank you. Even though we had to return home early due to the virus issues we left with positive memories of our experience. We would not hesitate to return.

Coming back

This was our first stay at this condo in this building. We had stayed in this building before but in a different condo! We enjoyed our stay - it was central for us - bank, church, hockey arena, grocery store, Mall and plenty of good restaurants in the area! We have booked for next year (2 months) - what else do we need to say!

Great accommodations in Victoria

We enjoyed our accommodations in Victoria. Heather met us in the lobby upon our arrival and explained the security, escorted us to the unit, showed us the garage and instructions of how to get there, showed us where to dispose of garbage. This was very beneficial for us and greatly appreciated. The unit was very well stocked. A Great Experience.
