TerraLargo A Family Friendly Getaway Sleeps 12

This is a 4 B/R 2 bath & sleeps 12. Large kitchen with dining & living room. On beautiful Toledo Bend Lake next to Pendleton Bridge which takes you to the Texas side. Great rental for a large family. This rental is an older home right on the lake in a great location. The sizeable living area includes a great sunken living room on one end & dining area on the other end allowing plenty of space for a large family or group. The day room & 1 upstairs B/R each open onto their own private balcony.

This home is located in a quite subdivision. Has enough parking for 2/3 cars and 2 boats.
Terra Largo will be clean and in working condition. No compensations
will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but
not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame. Terra Largo Is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
