This large 3-bedroom house offers the perfect getaway for relaxation or a family-sized vacation, located just 15 minutes from Toledo Town and 20 minutes from Many proper. Nestled in a serene, protected cove across from Shadows Landing, this home is designed for comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find one king bed, two queen beds, and four XL twin beds, ensuring a restful stay for all guests. For extra sleeping space, there is a King air mattress available in the living room. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, with the 3.5 bathrooms offering a combination of bathtubs and showers to suit everyone's preferences. The expansive open living area is perfect for unwinding, with a pool table, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV to entertain guests. A 75' X 15' screened-in porch provides ample outdoor space for relaxing in the Hot Tub, playing games, or enjoying meals together. Outside, a gently sloping path leads to the water, where you'll find a brand-new covered boat house with a boat lift, ideal for a pontoon or bass fishing boat. There’s also a fish cleaning station and sitting areas perfect for hanging out by the water. For a fun water activity, kayaks are provided to explore the peaceful cove. The nearest boat launch is located at Shadows Landing, just 3.5 miles away. In the evening, gather around the fire pit next to the sea wall, where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets over the water. Negreet Retreat # 2 is absolutely awesome!! I have stayed there 3 times now and it’s the best VRBO i’ve stayed at. It is very clean and well kept, very spacious house with a nice jacuzzi out back. It is a very relaxing spot with nice and quiet neighbors. I’d suggest anyone to stay here and it is very much worth the price!!

Very spacious, well kept house with great amenities for your time off the water. The boat dock was great, and only a short idle out to the boat lane. If you don't have a boat, my family also caught fish right off the dock. I would absolutely visit this property again.

Perfect relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time here! The house and grounds were clean and relaxing. They had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this house. The check in and out went smoothly and we came home feeling rested. Perfect fishing and hang out spot as well.

Property was exactly as advertised. Host(s) were extremely professional and easily accessible. Very clean and comfortable. No complaints from any of the guest. Our biggest worry prior to arrival was the parking for 6 fishing teams with trucks and trailers. Once onsite, there was plenty room to spare in the back. Highly recommend!

Our Negreet stay was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean and well equipped, water pressure was fantastic, and there were plenty of linens and soaps for 3-4 people. The huge screened-in back porch was wonderful especially in regards to controlling the mosquitoes in the early morning and evening. There was ample room for a boat and trailer and/or a couple of fishing kayaks. The boat dock and lift are very nice and the lift is set up for a standard pontoon boat. It will hold a couple of kayaks nicely though and your bass boat can easily be tied off at the steps. There is a launch nearby. There is a fish cleaning station which was well lit and worked great. Plenty of things to do when not fishing.

Wedding weekend

It was absolutely fabulous. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is immaculate. Anything you need is in the kitchen I love the screened in back porch. We also brought our boat and it was easy to get in and out of boat at the dock. Water was great. My family and I were very pleased. There’s also a little cabin outback. It was great extra bonus if you need more room for for family. or if the kids need to take a nap while everyone else is in the house. whatever you need to utilize it for. We will be booking another trip in the next couple months and staying at the same place. thank you so much and appreciate everything.
