Welcome to Magnolia Place on Toledo Bend Lake! We are located just down the road from Toledo Tackle and overlooking Lanan. Our serene multi-family retreat sleeps up to 16 guests, featuring a master bedroom with a king-size bed, cozy bunk beds, and a baby bed. Enjoy a private boathouse and dock for endless lake adventures. Surrounded by Louisiana's lush landscape, indulge in games and activities for all ages. Kickstart your stay with welcome snacks. The space:
Multi-family, Baby Bed, Game room/games, corn hole and ping pong provided, protective cove where you can pull your boat up to the bank and tie off. Screened in back porch, ideal for drinking coffee in a bug free environment. Large boat dock ideal for relaxing and fishing. Golf cart path that leads straight to the dock.

Great stay overall. The home was clean and well maintained, and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Communication was quick and easy.The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock, and we appreciated the many cooking options, including a wood-burning smoker and an outdoor deep fryer. The lake view was beautiful, and there was plenty of parking for our group.We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Family Vacation

This place was wonderful! We had our entire family, from a one year old to the grandparents in their 60s. The house was clean and well equipped. The wharf was enjoyable and had access to the water so we could swim. We made memories! I highly recommend Magnolia Place!!

Annual family vacation

We had a great time! The place was so roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation at the lake! We fished, played in the sun, spent a day on a party barge, cooked delicious meals. The hardest part is leaving. The owners were very attentive when we had any questions. We will definitely book here again.

Favorite Place on Toledo Bend!

10/10 recommend! My family and some of our family friends rented Magnolia Place for our annual Big Bass Splash family weekend on Toledo Bend. Everyone had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed and more! I loved drinking my morning coffee on the screened in porch. We all (especially the kids) enjoyed the spacious, covered dock — all the furniture on the dock was nice for us to sit while the kids fished and swam. The host was also very nice and helpful. We loved our stay so much we’ve already booked a second stay for later this summer!

The listing doesn’t cover how spectacular this place is!!!

The owners could not be better people, so lovely to work with. The pictures do not show the downstairs bunk space and game room area. They supplied so many board games and have such a nice corn hole set. So many seating areas and tables as well. It’s a great place and I highly recommend. The location is also perfect. 2 spots for boats. I hop, skip and jump from Living The Dream for all your boat/jet ski etc rental needs too.

Short Getaway

Tricia was a dream keeping us informed every step of the way and answering any questions we had before, during, and even when we left. Pulling up to the property was exciting and breathtaking. The view was amazing. Opening the door and seeing the home for the first time versus the pics was surreal. The huge rooms, wood floors, and floor plan has to be seen in person to really appreciate. The garage level/ gaming space, which has AC also has a big bedroom and bath. The covered boat house and pier was nice to be under during the day with the fan keeping us cool. Water was very clean and refreshing when we all decided to swim. We loved the fishing with non stop catching also. We debated calling to stay another night. We loved the property layout due to our larger family and will be staying here in the near future.

80th B-Day Celebration

We had a wonderful long weekend stay with our family to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone and the garage/playroom was really nice to have since it was a rainy few days. The ping pong table and cornhole set are a nice bonus! The boat dock is spacious and a great place to have morning coffee. We had a boat so used it for loading/unloading passengers too. The kitchen is well equipped with just about anything needed, and the knives were sharp, which is not typical in a short term rental. Highly recommended!

Our 2nd stay here just this summer, and we’re already talking about a date or 2 for next year! This place has everything you need for your perfect friends or family vacay! Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of comfortable beds, and all the lounging space you could need and more! Adults and kids enjoy the game room. The dock is always a favorite hang out spot. You won’t regret booking here! Can’t wait for our next stay! :) 100/100
