Just stayed here, this place was very clean,super easy check in process. Host was easy to communicate with. Nicely furnished. Easy walk to the beach. Our family will definitely stay here again in the future. Best towels I have ever had in a condo stay!

Rented for a 4 man golf trip. It was as advertised and communication with the host was good. 3rd room was a little bit small for two men, but overall a nice condo.

Was a nice trip with the family - easy to get to and from the beach, enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub with some cooler weather, and relaxed on the patio with nice views of the ocean.

Water Pointe I was a very nice complex. Having 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) was nice to have. The condo was spacious and great for the family. Had everything we needed and 2 very minor issues that I talked to the host about and was good to go from there. Overall no major complaints. The cleaning of the condo could have been a little better with vacuuming under the table and beds (mostly sand, nothing gross). Definitely would stay at the property and unit again.

Beautiful views and excellent location in North Myrtle. Well stocked kitchen and nice accommodations. Would atsy here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach! Wayne was a great host and answered any question I had very promptly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect as you are close to Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach without being in the middle of a lot of traffic. The views from the balcony were amazing.Highly recommend this condo for your vacation

Great Location

This property was exactly what was shown in the listing. I enjoyed the quietiness of the location. Everyone that we encountered during our stay was so very nice. The condo itself was very spacious and just what we needed to enjoy our beach stay.
