Everything was great place was very clean. Everything was as pictured. The walk through the dunes to the beach was very short, which was nice for lugging all the stuff on the beach. And the beds had remotes tied to them with adjustable mattress frames, which was absolutely amazing.

The entire property was very clean. The view was wonderful and our host responded quickly to any questions. The condo was stocked with everything you would need for cooking- even a few beach chairs to borrow. My only issue was that from the pictures provided it looked to have 3 separate bedrooms- not the living room being counted as the third bedroom. Overall we were all very pleased with our stay.

The condo was clean and well maintained. The view was excellent! Nice common area and pools. Easy beach access. The host was excellent. Great communication. Everything went smoothly! I would highly recommend this place. I’m excited about returning in the fall.

This is one of the best units in Waterpointe 1. The host was wonderful and responsive. We were able to get into the room earlier which is always appreciated with littles. The 5th floor is the perfect ocean view without having a long elevator ride. The unit is updated and decorated very comfortably. The location is perfect for families as it has an indoor and outdoor pool and is less than 5 minutes to Barefoot Landing. Overall a wonderful stay and we will try booking this exact unit again in the future!

Amazing room with a view!

This was a magnificent property with a wonderful view and the perfect location to all things North Myrtle Beach with only a slight drive if going down to Myrtle beach. This will be our go to spot every year going forward.

This was the perfect spot for my family’s short stay in North Myrtle Beach. There’s a perfect view of the beach right off of the balcony not to mention the breeze was fabulous. Ms. Starnes was so kind and wonderful to work with. We had no issues with the property at all. It was a very comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Will Stay Again!

We enjoyed a family trip to North Myrtle, which included my husband and myself, along with our daughter, son-in-law and there two children. The condo is exactly like the pictures and description.. The communication was great and simple for checkin, awesome communication with host. Would highly recommend and obviously wed stay again..

Beautiful, beach front

Easy to find property. Easy to access. Beachfront location was perfect for our girls’ trip. Beautiful balcony, nice rooms. Full time people at location do not care for guests.

Excellent Bed in the Master Bedroom! Very nice, will stay again! The only issue was the construction going on at the property. We didn't know that the pool, indoor pool, hot-tub, etc was all going to be closed. Not a big deal, we still enjoyed our time!

Great condo!

We were really pleased with the condo! It was very clean, comfortable, and the furnishings and beautiful decor really added to the beach vacation feel. The view from the balcony could not have been any better! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Being able to communicate with someone when we had a question was so helpful and refreshing. We would stay again!

Condo fit our needs

My family and I stayed back on October. We were a group of 5 and the condo was perfect for us. The location is great and the view was awesome! My only complaint was that one of the bedrooms was pretty small. Would definitely recommend but not for more than 5 people.

Excellent location!!

We had a girls’ trip and this condo was perfect. Directly on beach, very clean, two pools and a hot tub. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. A car was necessary for shopping and on major roads. The condos elevator broke for a day and was fixed before the evening. The condo was clean and nice and the parking was good.

Spring Break 2023

Very clean and quiet property in North Myrtle Beach! We were able to walk to some local shops (M.R Ducks was our favorite), non-chain restaurants within walking distance (Blueberry Grill is amazing) and lots of walks on the beach looking for shells! We had one minor hiccup with the wifi but we had great communication with the owners and the issue was resolved in a very short amount of time! We would definitely recommend and intend on coming back!

Beautiful condo and wonderful owner!

This was our 2nd time at Waterpointe 1, but the first time in condo 502. There had been an issue that the previous renter caused and the owner stayed in contact with us and was wonderful. The unit is beautifully decorated and clean. We will definitely be back. 5 Stars for sure!

Great view and location

Furniture was comfortable. View was great. Everything worked. Floors weren’t fully clean and had to brush some food and hair off the chairs. Cleaned the windows ourselves. Not a deal breaker but could have been cleaner.
