Enjoy the view and abundant wildlife as you relax on the wrap-around porch. One block from river walk to restaurants and shops. Kids can reel in fish from the bank, catch fiddler crabs, kayak (on property) or have fun exploring the 10 acres of natural habitat.

Beautiful large 2 story home.
Downstairs has large full kitchen, spacious living and dining room. Master bedroom 1 king bed/full bath, guest room 1 full bed /full bath.
Upstairs has 1 full bath with 2 Full bunk beds with twin top bunks. 1 Queen size bed, and 1 sleeper sofa.
Located on ground floor you will find laundry room with washer and dryer
Outdoors you will find picnic areas, kayaks, swing and fire pit. 1 block from public boat ramp. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is covered boat storage at driveway entrance for guest use.

Home is completely open to guest except for janitors closet and storage room.
