Treasure Island Resort Condominium is a premier upscale resort located directly on the beautiful sugar–white sands of Panama City Beach in the popular Thomas Drive area. Dubbed “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” thanks to its powder–soft sands and emerald–green waters, Panama City Beach, Florida offers a year–round mild climate, with exciting attractions including world–class dining, shopping, nightlife and unlimited outdoor recreational activities.
Located just a short walk from St. Andrew State Park and several of the best restaurants in the world.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival.

Amazing

Our stay was amazing. The complex was perfect, the balcony view was amazing. The condo could have been cleaner, but it was an easy fix that did not hinder our stay. We will definitely rent again!

Nice condo but could definitely use a deep clean. Carpet could be replaced and maybe some new furniture in the living room. Great location on the beach and we loved having a designated parking space! We would have liked more pillows and maybe some more garbage bags and paper towels.

Beach Vacation

Great place to stay for a beach vacation! Love the view from the balcony. The balcony furniture is perfect for having breakfast on the balcony. Condo is steps away from the beach. Condo supplied everything we need: equipped kitchen, towels, and cool AC.

The unit is really in need of maintenance and upgrades. The heat/AC unit was not working correctly. Maintenance was there 3 times and they made it work enough so we could stay comfortable but it wasn't working correctly. The pots and pans could use replacing. The carpet and furniture needs cleaning or replacing. The barstools definitely need replacing. Most of the buttons in the cushions are missing which left sharp metal that rips clothes if you sit on them. A lot of this seems trivial if you are only staying for week, but we were there for 2 months. As usual, the grounds, beach and views at Treasure Island were excellent.

Great view

We loved the size of the balcony and the views it gave. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. They had sound machines in the bedrooms that were wonderful. The only thing that gave us any trouble were the chairs at the dining table were a little heavy to move around with on the carpet. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Great room with great space!

Probably one of the nicest condos we've stayed at and we've gone at least once a year for the last 5 years. It was perfect for our family of 5. The teenager had his own room and the younger two loved their little nook with the bunkbed. Loved that the master had access to the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked! Dining room table was big and very nice. Definitely a place we'd love to stay at again!

Very nice condo

We would stay here again! Minor inconvenience with early check-in when the access code was not working. WiFi door lock was offline and needed batteries. Maintenance crews from Treasure Island and Emerald Coast were quick to respond as were their help desk personnel.

Relaxing

Excellent vacation! The only drawback for some (not us) was lack of ability signing into WIFI. The host immediately responded to our password inquiry; however, we were unable to sign in. This is probably one of the reasons this vacation was so relaxing. UNPLUG!!! I will rent again!!!

Desperately needs updating

Nice location on the 8th floor and looks good from the pictures but it desperately needs updating. Sofas are worn. Mattresses are old and saggy. Kitchen cook ware is in bad shape. Glasses and dishes mismatched and lacking complete sets.

Relaxing Vacation at PCB

With Treasure Island resort being at the east end of PCB, it made it much lighter on traffic & many great local restaurants nearby. Nice that a Publix & Piggly Wiggly were so close & NOT busy compared to the Walmart in town. The photos presented of the condo were spot on & it was a very nice updated place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the ice-maker worked wonderfully, master bed was plush & comfortable, & you could not beat the view from the spacious balcony. Assigned parking on the 3rd floor was great because you did not have to take any stairs & was a short walk to the elevators. Only a few steps to the pool & beach from the elevators. Nice feature was having access to 2 beach chairs with umbrella for the whole week.Will definitely consider staying at this property again next time we are in PCB.

Treasure Island is always a fantastic resort, clean pool, easy beach access and friendly staff. The condo itself was cozy and comfortable but could definitely use some TLC. The dishwasher leaked and didn't seem to get the dishes clean, they had a white film on them. It could use a few extra cooking utensils and a new set of pots and pans (only one spatula and the pans were scratched). The washing machine was mildewed and full of sand from previous guests. The AC and stove worked great and overall we had an awesome time. I would stay here again but bring my own cooking supplies.

It could have been a little cleaner, especially the inside of the refrigerator and we were missing the bedspread for the 2nd bedroom. I notified them of the bedspread and they were supposed to have brought us one but never did. I don’t have any major complaints and would probably stay there again.
