Laketown Wharf Resort offers guests unparalleled amenities: five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, and more. Now available on site, 810 Billiards and Bowling. Featuring 16 bowling lanes, billiard tables, sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, and an arcade. There will be a full menu, including a Mean Mugs milkshake bar. As the largest resort with some of the best values in Panama City Beach and amazing gulf views, Laketown Wharf Resort is a prime location for a fun-filled getaway!

Guests enjoy secure covered parking and a covered walkway to the building, with access to four large modern elevators. Very clean perfect area the family enjoyed every moment well definitely be back host was fast and accurate and very polite pools were awesome bowling and arcade games were right at or door just perfect place to stay

The condo was nice and as described. The showers could use a bit more cleaning. The dryer does not work and the air conditioner is kind of loud. Over all it was an awesome trip. The resort is awesome and lots to do with the family. I would stay here again.

My husband, son, and I truly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Views in The Laketown Wharf. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our small family. We loved the Gulf views from the balcony and the easy beach access. The only drawback was that the elevators were not always working, which caused some inconvenience. Despite that, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely consider returning.

Family trip success

Super cute decor. Ocean view was nice. Location to elevators was good. Loved the Spacious living room. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking. If I had to be picky, the shower curtain needs heavier magnets because they wanna stick to you while you shower which is super annoying. Also, the dryer takes FOREVER to dry any amount of clothing, towels etc.

The dryer took forever to dry, we had to start it like 5 times before it dried completely, the tv in the living room was very very dim. There was hair in the shower when we first got in the room.

The condo was described well in the listing and clean. The communication with property management was excellent and very timely.However, Laketown Wharf not only does not have enough elevators for the size of the property but, the elevator in the South Parking deck was not working upon arrival and one of the elevators was not working in the North Parking deck with the other inconsistently working. The stairs were very commonly used and with kids, this made getting to and from the unit difficult. I would not recommend a higher floor at the property.

Unit is nice and roomy. Couch cushions have lots of stains. Bathroom toilet (off the bunk beds) wasn't working properly. Toilet had a ring in it from standing water and wouldn't flush. To flush, we had to fill trash can with water and dump into toilet tank. The coffee naker

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Hostess could use some training

Overall everything was good. But hostess at check in, a young African / American girl, obviously didn’t like her job. She was incredibly none caring and cold. When asked repeatedly to speak up because she mumbled everything she just became indifferent and uncooperative. Suggest you hire someone with an ounce of personality. Now this girl would have been great at keeping beer cold. Only 2 suggestions regarding the unit. Some of the glasses and cookware needed rewashing before I could use them. 2nd there was no extra toilet paper available in unit. Everything else was great and everyone else I encountered was friendly. Yes I’d stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Avoid at all costs.. booked through ECDI room 614.. room was dirty, beat up. The dryer didn’t work, the AC unit was so loud it sounded like a bomb going off all night and impossible to sleep. We tried to call them/email them several times. It was so bad we ended up leaving early and they did nothing to make it right. And basically accused us of being liars..Not to mention the elevators broke down several times. Resort doesn’t have any luggage bugie and impossible to get your luggage from the parking lot to the room.. horrible experience, avoid
