Cozy bungalow short walk to great restaurants, coffee. entertainment and SCAD. 45 min walk/short Uber to everything downtown.
This is my personal home; not perfect, but it's homey and quiet. 30 night min. Dates flexible. I'll be on my sailboat or traveling for work.
Short walks:
2 min - SCAD Victory Village
10 min - restaurants, shops, comedy club
20 min - Forsyth Park / Midtown.
30 min/6 min drive - Daffin Park (Sav Bananas)
45 min/10 min drive - River Street
Secured backyard. Free Off street parking.
