RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, le Chatham Square Manor est une grande maison de ville composĂ©e de deux chambres et pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  six hĂŽtes chanceux pour se dĂ©tendre dans le plus pur style du Sud. Le niveau salon a un espace de vie clair et lumineux avec une cheminĂ©e dĂ©corative, une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et de nombreux siĂšges confortables. Profitez d'un dĂźner dans la salle Ă  manger adjacente ou d'un repas rapide dans la cuisine / salle Ă  manger. De grandes fenĂȘtres donnent sur la cour commune avec le Garden Apartment.

Les deux chambres sont Ă  l'Ă©tage. La premiĂšre chambre a un lit king avec une tĂȘte de fer qui complĂšte la grille de la cheminĂ©e. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen et salle de bain. Une deuxiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte se trouve en haut des escaliers et comprend Ă©galement une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse.

Mélangez-vous à la population locale et trouvez des ingrédients frais pour le dßner au marché fermier le samedi, dans le parc Forsyth, à seulement deux minutes. Parking was a big bonus, central to shopping! Chatham Park and Forsyth Park very close! CBP was so close and enjoyed a few beers for Octoberfest! Home was clean and very comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Chatham Square Oasis

Beautiful accommodations, a few blocks from Forsyth Park and a fifteen minute walk from River Street. Quiet location on the edge of Chatham Square. House is amazing and realty company was very user friendly. If you're looking for a perfect location to take advantage of Savannah sites and charm, this is it. Beds are cozy and comfortable, furnishings capture the charm and ambiance of old Savannah.

Gorgeous historic home on Chatham Square

You could feel the history in this beautiful home. Parking on site was easy to access and a must-have for Savannah. It's walking distance (even in the summer heat) to several tasty restaurants and other local attractions. The view can't be beat - waking up to the oaks or the quaint back yard patio. It was clean and easy to access. I had a problem with the door code so I called and talked to someone immediately, no hold. She fixed the problem quickly and was super friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

Sweet historic townhome stay

We loved the quaint feel of the property with all of its antiques and comfy furniture. It faces a beautiful tree-filled square and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Great location

Easy walkabity to everything. The sleeper sofa is new and very comfortable. It would really be helpful to have more towels, more blankets, tissues, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer at the house.

Historic and beautiful

Beautiful- immersed in historical antiques - very comfortable- exquisitely decorated- very well located - easy walking distance to much of what we wanted to see. Parking was very convenient. A couple of minor things: No coffee filters - no condiments at all - salt, pepper,etc. A very small inconvenience compared to the comfort, ambiance and location- we would highly recommend and return if we can someday. Very comfortable for 4 adults!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing! The house was old , which was fine but the beds were horrible . Hard and uncomfortable. Couldn’t roll over without waking up the person next to you . The second night my husband caught teenagers trying to break into our car . I didn’t feel safe after that !

Good times in Savannah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was very good. Excellent location; House is large; Large bathrooms and good showers. Good AC & ceiling fan over the bed keeps it comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, although some things, like wine glasses could stand a refresh. The living room sofa could stand a refresh as well (it is not original civil war LOL). The main thing I would fix is check in time. 4 pm is obnoxious. Since sheck out is 11 am, check-in should be no later than 3 pm. You do not need 5 hours to prep the place. It is not THAT big. Also, when I requested to park the car there until check-inb it was declined. The entire time I was there, spots were available and they could have accommodated me...they just did not want to.

Bring your own mattress

The house and neighborhood were nice. Unfortunately a bad nights sleep due to terrible mattresses leads to a lingering discomfort throughout your entire vacation. One would think that in a neighborhood filled with multi million dollar houses the owner could afford a descent mattress. We will not be staying here again because of this.

Spacious and comfortable home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town to move my daughter into SCAD. The property is beautiful and clean, the historical charm is wonderful. The garden was a bit overgrown and therefore difficult to walk through the back and we weren't able to sit outside and enjoy it. The listing is fairly accurate but the check-in instructions and the binder on-site are inaccurate and/or outdated. Property management was responsive but most of the reason I had to contact them was due to check-in issues or questions. All was resolved in the end and it was a comfortable stay, I would stay here again.

Savannah wedding weekend

Overall this property was good but less than what was expected. The description is accurate however this property is showing its wear. The living room needs some major love as most of the furniture is worn and not comfortable to sit on. The couch slouches and looks/feels dirty. There is only one chair that sits well. The others are worn and not comfortable. The carpet in the upstairs master bedroom is lifting off the floor. In the bathroom the tub did not seem as it was cleaned and the shower curtain is heavy and dark. Causing very poor light in the shower. The whole house has a very musty heavy odor even once we turned down the AC. It looked liked the air filter needed changing which could have caused some of the mustiness. Garden area was fine but most of the shrubbery was overgrown. It was hard to maneuver luggage up the stairs with a bush branch in the way. We did not have time to deal with any of these issues as we were in town for a wedding and had plans. However for the price, I was rather disappointed in this property.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was ok all by text and email. Parking spaces were not marked as in messages compared to signage at property. Courtyard needed cleaning and trimming, had to move branches and overhanging foliage to walk and climb stairs to entrance. Inside was nice but very dusty and floor was dirty. Walked from shower to other side of bed and needed to clean dirt and fuzz from feet before putting on shoes. All flooring needed thorough cleaning. Were some dirty dishes in kitchen cabinets. TV remotes needed batteries never received after calling and told would be there next morning. Furniture needed cleaned and was not comfortable especially couch in front room.
