Historic Savannah Garden Apartment on Jones Street

In Savannah many of the townhomes have 'garden level apartments' which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Very high end private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. My friend and I wanted to get away for a couple of days to check out Savannah. The apartment was very comfortable. What I really liked was having a designated parking spot. It was clean and had everything you could want. The bathtub could use some upgrades and we lost internet connection a couple of times while watching t.v. but overall a great place.

This is a great place to stay. The place is very clean and charming. We had a family of 5 that fit easily. Its on one level so it was great for my mother-in-law. The location is in the middle of Savannah and you can get anywhere within a few minutes of walking. Great communication with the owner before and during the stay when we had questions. Definitely recommend this place.

This was a great place and location for our first time in Savannah. Perfect location to be able to walk to just about anything. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Having a parking spot was excellent and it being off-street provided added security and comfort. The rooms were so nice. Comfort bedding. Laundry was an added plus. Kitchen made it like being at home.

Charming and comfortable apartment. Great location, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. Unit had everything we needed and we loved the convenience of the washer/dryer.

Loved this location and the property. This apartment has so much character and the neighbor we met was lovely. Only complaint was that there was no dishwasher - not sure if it was listed in listing or not, but as a family of 5, I love my dishwasher! Would love to return to this location again!

Gorgeous neighborhood!

Cute old place to stay. Can’t beat the neighborhood- quiet, safe and close to lots of activities. REALLY appreciated the parking spot in back!! Savannah parking is tough! Just a couple of wishes - clean and swept by the front door and updating and redoing the bathroom.

Thanks for the good communication. The apartment is very well located. Th parking lot is very useful.The fan in the bathroom and the heater/AC is a bit noisy when on.We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Savannah !

Charming digs in great location!

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a vintage building in the historic district. It is decorated in a fresh, contemporary style and the bedding was clean and comfy. It has good WiFi and quality kitchen and laundry amenities. (The bathroom could use an update, but is workable.) We appreciated the guest manual with recommendations editions of things to do during our stay, and the great array of books on the bookshelf just in case.The neighborhood is lovely, and the apartment is within easy walking distance of many cafes, parks, etc. There is a dedicated parking spot in the back, which is nice. We would definitely recommend for those seeking a pleasant vacation.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a small bachelorette party, and all wanted something cozy in the historic district. We are all avid readers, so walking to all the great bookstores was so easy! We loved the apartment, it was well furnished and all of the beds were so comfy! The kitchen was well appointed and we loved having parking.

The place was as advertised. It was clean and very spacious. Jones Street represents Savannah at its finest. Been going to Savannah for 10 years. This was probably the best overall place we've stayed at.

Beautiful home!!

We stayed in the garden apartment for four nights in January, and it was lovely!! I was with my (senior) mother, and we had so much space! The apartment is well equipped, and is in a great location. Many restaurants and shops were within a 10 minute walk, including coffee, and a grocery store It was just a short Uber trip to local attractions. If there were any negatives, is it was quite cold at times, even with adjusting the thermostat. A throw blanket or two would not be remiss!! Also, my mom had some issues maneuvering the shower. Only mentioning in case you’re looking to travel with a senior. Overall, a fantastic stay!! Thank you!!
