This house was the perfect fit for our group. One of the cooler VRBO properties I've stayed at. Right on the ocean, plenty of indoor space, incredible patio, and close to restaurants/stores. Host was extremely responsive. 5 stars!

Great beachside location. Had our small beach wedding there

Though there’s no private access to the beach straight from the property, there’s a boardwalk directly next to the property which goes straight through the dunes and onto the beach. Very simple and easy. House was very nice and everything needed for a relaxing beach stay was there. We actually used this spot for our beach wedding location and it was beautiful.

Hi Kate, Thank you for the review. Not sure if they were doing the beach re-nourishment when you were there, but we definitely have a private direct beach access as well as being next to the 25th Street beach access. When you walk on the deck past the pergola there is a small gate. Fron the gate there is a path up over the dune and directly onto the beach. Note the city left a break in the temporary dune protection rope fence for our use. Glad the wedding was special. Congratulations!

I loved the house it was stocked well with everything and very clean, just like home. The beach was amazing. I do wish the cottage was a little more updated and had mirrors. We had to get ready for a formal event and only had the little mirror in the bathroom. Other than that, amazing and close to everything. I would definitely do it again. Thank you!

The beach is one of the prettiest and relaxing we have ever been too. The neighborhood is a very welcoming, nice north Florida Beach town. It has soul and wonderful restaurants, good shopping, and convenient to many paces, airport, Mayo, downtown, Jaguars' games, TPC, golf courses etc.

Ocean House is a traditional relaxed family beach cottage. Steps away from the beach and welcoming for families. This house which can sleep up to 13 people is very comfortable and clean but also relaxing and welcoming.
