Cortez 605 The Martini Condo is a fun oceanfront condominium! Picture sophisticated drinks on the balcony as the Mexican sun melts into the ocean. Inside, the decor is colorful and classy, with a richly pointed bathroom, enticingly private bedroom, and the perfect kitchen/dining area.

The living Room

A perfect place to chill. You will appreciate the fiber optic internet, wall mounted TV, the magazine rack, and the cool contemporary sofas, chair, and other furnishings. You can take your drink right outside, as the sliding glass door to the balcony is there.

The Kitchen

The vibe here is professional Chef all the way. Dark cabinets, counters, and appliances create a sleek cooking environment. All appliances like refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker and more can be found here. You will have all of the cookware you could want, and dinnerware as well. The countertop really is the center of this unit, and it is provided with vibrant raised high backed chairs for a perfect spot to hang out with the Chef! The large dining table accepts six.

The Bedroom / Bathroom

A so comfortable King sized bed is the focus here. Revel in the private suite feel in the bedroom, with TV, closet, dresser, TV, and private access to the bathroom as well. No cleaning service for room, Casago representative advised room was going to be cleaned two days between 11am and 1pm and no one showed up. Floor tile was dirty. Everyone’s feet were black after stepping in the floor tiles.

Casago GREAT - Las Palamos RUDE

Working with Casago was amazing through the entire process. Scheduling, payments, check-in, checkout it ALL Casago was the easiest & BEST. Las Palamos however was completely rude and the worst experience with them ever!! Even with our armbands completely visible everyone in my entire group was stopped and harassed by Las Palamos workers. I had been sitting in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready with my wristband and was being harassed to leave. There was a huge miscommunication with Las Palamos. Again Casaogo was the absolute opposite and great service and perfect room for our group and stay!!

Management not being on site was a complete disadvantage. The communication between Casago and Las Paloma’s needs to exist. My room door keypad deactivated, went to the lobby for help and las Paloma’s personnel had no interested in guiding us because they don’t manage that unit. I learned how it works from them rather than from the young lady at Casago who checked us in. She failed to explain anything. Makes a huge difference who manages the condo. We also didn’t receive any type of room service. This became the least of our worries when the rooms door entry keypad suddenly deactivated the second day in the afternoon. kids were tired and hungry and were locked out of our room. We went down to the reception area for help, they quickly and very abruptly said they cannot help us to contact casago I told her I do not have casago contact on me I asked for their help and the lady there said she had no way of getting their number I asked if she can ask her manager. Sadly she was not interested In helping me she said for me to walk to the gate entry and ask security for casago phone number I asked her to please radio them or if she can go on line and search. She decided to go on line and get me the number. Cell reception here is not good and there’s only WIFI in the rooms. Biggest disappointment was with las Paloma’s receptionist. She had no empathy for our family as we were stuck not knowing how or what to do. Paloma’s and casago need to be on the same page to better serve customers
