A Penthouse Indeed!

Many vacation rentals have fancy names that may or may not accurately describe the unit - this one fits and so much more! In this top floor penthouse you will enjoy the sunrise in the morning on the back balcony and the sunset in the evening on the front balcony! Amazing!

December get away

Condo was perfect, we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Not too far from historic St. Augustine area. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Family Beach Retreat

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. It was a refreshing little getaway for our family, and we loved how easy it was to get to everything in St. Augustine Beach. Everything was as listed. The condo was very clean. Everything worked as it should.Close to many restaraunts and all the history at st augustine . Many parks and beaches within 2 miles . Fishing just down the street.

The photos of the condo we accurate. The surfaces (aside from the showers) and the bedding and towels were all clean, which is appreciated. The amount of towels provided for 4 people for a 1 week stay was minimal and we had to re-wash several times. When we entered the condo, there was a musty smell. It was very noticeable at check-in. I would recommend having that checked and/or treated. The main bathtub probably had some kind of non-skid previously that had been removed so the surface of the tub had black markings on it. The balcony was not very clean, it had a lot of cobwebs and bugs. The furniture was the same. I know it's outside but maybe housekeeping could pay a little more attention. Also, this is probably more building maintenance than condo owner but, the windows that faced the beach were so dirty on the outside that it impaired the view. Having the beach items available in the storage room was a nice plus. We used the umbrella and two of the beach chairs every day.Overall, we love the location being close enough to St. Augustine to drive in but still being on a more secluded (during our stay) area of the beach. Would have given 5 stars if the areas above had a little more attention to detail, especially for the price.

Incredible Stay

Our stay here was perfect! The ocean views in the living room and primary suite are stunning. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the amenities are fabulous. The pool and the beach were very kid friendly. We had such a great time and would highly recommend booking a stay here!

Great condo, very clean!

My family and I have been staying at condos in this complex every summer for the past 3 years, and this one was by far the cleanest and nicest. Property managers were very responsive and made check in and check out very easy. Will definitely look to stay here again next year!

Beautiful property

The entire process of locating, booking, and checking into the condo was very easy. We have stayed at numerous Sand Dollar condos and found this one to be the best. Seating was comfortable as were all the beds. Hope we have the opportunity to visit again soon.

Excellent newly remodeled property. Great views, and great amenities. Only complaint is that the master bedroom privacy shades were not operable. All together excellent stay

This condo was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. It was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the ocean. A short walk to the beach. The online picture looks longer than it really is. Access to the beach is from the 1st floor(We mistakenly kept searching on the LL) Location was great. Beach and area was not crowded and was a short drive to the very crowded St. Augustine attractions. Nice plus was the hotel carts and grocery carts to haul things to our room. Would definitely stay here again.

50th Anniversary Trip with Friends

We spent a week near St Augustine with family celebrating their 50th anniversary. Our unit was everything we hoped for. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The trip managers were very helpful and accommodating! We loved the place and the city! We will stay again!
