Welcome to our lovely, newly decorated, duplex in Luquillo beach steps from Playa Azul. Our space has a fully-equipped kitchen, a stylish living area, two comfortable bedrooms with blackout curtains, 1.5 bathrooms, and a private balcony with views of El Yunque.
Our private complex has a private pool in a gated community, and 2 allocated parking spaces. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the Kioskos of Luquillo, supermarkets, casinos, and local restaurants.

Excellent location with easy walk to beautiful beaches. Great restaurants are an easy drive away. The rental is well stocked with comfortable beds and lots of space for a family.

Our stay was great! If I could, I would change the listing to let guests know the unit on the third level, so if you have issues going up and down stairs, it might be hard. Also, in the unit, there is a long staircase as well (but that was clear in the listing). The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the kitchen was equipped with plenty to cook if not going out. We felt very safe. It's very close to the water as well. The host was one of the best we've had over the years.

It was very close to the beach and had lots of supplies to use on the beach. The bed was comfortable and the AC and fan kept the room cool. We didn’t use the pool during our stay but we did like that there was a gate that had to allow us onto the property which provided security.

This place is ideally located: a 20-minute walk from the kiosks, 15-minute walk to the town square, and 2 minutes to the beach. Appreciated the kitchen and washing machine, and left a baby crib that will hopefully be helpful to someone else in the future! More towels would have been appreciated, and a rug or two in the bedroom would be nice additions!

The location was really convenient. Walkable to the beach and close to El Yunque which we really enjoyed. The amenities inside the unit were perfect for us. We loved having a kitchen and the extras provided were helpful. We would have considered using the pool but the water wasn’t warm enough and we thought the smaller pool was a hot tub but wasn’t. Pools weren’t in the best condition but they were a bonus if we wanted to use them. We enjoyed our stay.

Location relative to the beach(es)--fantastic! Location relative to traffic noise--not great. Layout of the unit was really good. Beds were comfortable. The couch in the main room, where the only TV is located, was super uncomfortable (we were catching World Cup games while we weren't out doing stuff). The pool was really good too, little but perfect for our needs of just a quick soak.Arrived at around 1:30am, the code to get in the unit didn't work. I had to call the host and wake her up to get a new code. The unit is older and completely set up for rentals (plastic plates/cups). Had beach towels, beach/camping chairs, umbrella, toys for kids and I believe a cooler, which is always a plus.Went to use the hair dryer that the listing said was provided and there wasn't one. I have crazy, unmanageable hair so I always check to see if one is going to be provided or not so I know if I need to bring my own. I contacted the host and she said her cleaner didn't let her know it was missing. No offer to get one sent over, just a "sorry for the inconvenience". I ended up wearing a hat every time we went out so we didn't do any nicer dinners.

Extras that the Entire Family will love

It was very convenient having extra items that we were not expecting such as beach items, cookers, extra towels, and a washing machine. We felt we had every we needed for a week stay close to the beach. The location was central to all of the places that we visited. We felt safe in the building, especially with it gated.

Go ahead and book this one as.soon as you see it. The pictures and listing do it little justice. Not only was this a great spot, but it's in a great location and the amenities were spot on. Excellent space, great view, good beach supplies, nice kitchen setup, all of it. 5 STARS.

Luquillo condo

This property was super clean, easy instructions on entering property. Condo was nicely stocked and really appreciated beach towels, chairs, sand mats,umbrellas and coolers.Beds were very comfortable!! A big plus. The only negative was the balcony overlooking highway 3. But…we realized we could do happy hour at the pool!! Loved staying here. Thank you!!

Communication was top notch and this little villa was perfect for the three of us. We were a short walk away from a beautiful, quiet beach that had coral reef and snorkeling. There were lots of beach items to borrow and a shower to rinse at the pool.We loved hanging at the Kiosks eating and shopping! The sunsets behind the Kiosks were stunning. We also enjoyed a day trip to explore El Yunque! What a beautiful spot!

I have been going to this local beach since childhood. The attraction of Luquillo Beach is its small neighborhood flavor as opposed to a touristy resort hotel area. It's a calmer less crowded experience.
The area is centrally located with lots of shopping and dining options.
