Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom apartment for 6 guests situated on the second floor. With just 3-minute stroll, you'll reach a breathtaking beach and a serene river. The location offers easy access to numerous tourist attractions, delightful restaurants, vibrant bars, and El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the United States. Additionally, we provide the convenience of a full back-up diesel generator for your peace of mind. Experience a truly remarkable stay at our Airbnb.

The space
Welcome to our fully equipped apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living space boasts stylish furnishings that create an inviting atmosphere, ideal for unwinding with a cocktail or enjoying quality moments with your loved ones. Stay connected with High-Speed Internet access while relishing the privacy provided by our enclosed complex. Your security is our priority, as we have CCTV surveillance in place, and each apartment is allocated a designated parking space.

This spacious apartment comprises 3 large bedrooms, designed to ensure a pleasant stay. The 2 main bedroom features a comfortable full-sized bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with 2 twin-sized bed. For your convenience, all bedrooms are equipped with individual AC units.

No PETS allowed.

The apartment features a full bathroom with a refreshing shower, and a designated parking spot is available for your vehicle. The living room is thoughtfully furnished, creating a cozy space for lounging and relaxation. While there are plenty of dining options in the area, the fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking wares, should you choose to prepare your meals at home.

Backyard Area
This area it been designed to enjoy alone or with friends.
Our Wood deck is ready for relaxation, meditations, read a book, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy a nice night with a perfect illumination.
This area is also perfect to Birdwatching our Woodpeckers friends. we have around 8 Woodpecker that live in the backyard trees.
We also have smoker friends and even that apartment is non-smoking area, we have a area on a backyard to seat and enjoy your smokes.
No PETS allowed.
Our New addition to the Backyard is the Swimming pool area we're you can enjoy this area separate from a wood deck.

We decided to travel at the same time as a major blizzard. Jesus was more than willing to help us with our arrival time because of flight delays. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Worth the money

Great location. Close to the beach, food kiosks, El Yunque, supermarkets, breakfast places, laundry mat. Great benefits included beach towels, beach chairs, sun screen lotion\sprays, toys for the kids.

Family Vacay

Place was beautiful and owners were very attentive. The apartment was comfortable for a family of four. We spent most of our time visiting the Island and able to enjoy our stay on the premises at least one full day. We made it a pool day for our little one who enjoyed the amenities outdoors. And so did we place is secure the neighborhood is a little run down. Once you pull up to the location you don’t think about the neighborhood. 😊 it didn’t bother us and everyone speaks said said hello 👋 which we LOVED. We definitely will be back soon đŸ‡”đŸ‡·

Close to the Beach

This little house was a diamond in the rough. I was coming to Puerto Rico to visit family, but I wanted to be close to the beaches. Imagine my joy when we were able to walk down 100 feet, cross the street and get to the beach. The owners were immediately responsive to our questions and the house was spotless. The neighborhood is a little rough, but we saw more cats and dogs than people. It was true island life. Location was perfect to San Juan, El Yunque, and several other great beaches and sites. I would definitely book here again when I come back. We had a great time. Thank you!

Spring Break in Puerto Rico

I spent a couple days in El Younque, which was close. The grocery store was also very close. We had parking at the apartment that was gated and safe. The pool on the property was fun and well maintained. The internet worked well. The air conditioners worked well. The property and apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host communicated very well. I had a flat tire with my rental car and helped me find a place to get if fixed. I had a little trouble with figuring out the door lock and they responded quickly to help me figure it out. They were very helpful and responsive.

idyllic fisherman's village, pristine mountain river & beach, amazing hosts

Jesus and Yanira built this apartment building themselves and they come every few days to keep the garden beautiful and make sure everything is working well. Their presence is one of the features of this destination because they are special people. The neighborhood is an authentic fisherman's village, where folks have been living for generations, like an extended family. I felt welcomed and included and even protected. I enjoyed the view of the Rainforest mountain, El Yunque from my balcony. Just two blocks away, a crystal clear river runs from El Yunque into the sea and the ibises and other birds fish. It is truly pristine. There is horseback riding on the beach. A timeless, beautiful spot in a friendly and safe neighborhood.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in an absolutely fantastic location on the island. We were nervous about the neighborhood at first but the apartment complex itself was great. The neighborhood has a scattering of some hurricane hit homes that have been abandoned but we learned that unfortunately that’s quite common to PR. You are 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from the kioskos a great spot to eat drink and get ice cream and a 10 minute drive to Amigos grocery store. Playa Azul is the best beach nearby in our opinion and you are literally 12 minutes from the ATV/horseback touring the rain forest. San Juan is 35-45 minutes away which is not bad at all. We really enjoyed NOT being in San Juan but close enough to drive in. We wanted a self paced adventure at an affordable price and this place delivered. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but I don’t think you could ask for a breed home base!

It was wonderful. Everything was as listed...

Everything was wonderful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Jesus was good about responding to things and when coffee maker broke they brought us new one as well as extra wash cloths, but do bring your own towels for beach, as they do not want the house white towels used on the beach. It was cutely decorated and clean and not cluttered and air conditioning in rooms was very nice, as well. You may want to bring ear plugs for the roosters that do crow in the night, however, but we loved how close to the beach we were and felt safe with the locked gates we had to go through to leave each day, and there is a backyard pool too!

CHRISTMAS 2021

This was the perfect location for our family! Half hour drive from airport, perfect beaches, easy access to stores, ferry terminal, church, local bakery, fresh coconuts on roadside, and Restaurants. Jesus was the best host to the point of sharing a delicious New Years Eve meal and drinks with us. He was attentive and helpful right from our initial booking and supplied us with lots of information about the local area. Our family were grateful for the spacious bright clean, air conditioned apartment that we could spend our Christmas vacation in. GRACIAS.

Perfect Location

This location was perfect ! not far from Luquillo kiosks lots of great food and souvenir stores. Must visit Playa Fortuna its a 5 min walk beautiful view. Pool was awesome, backyard was great at night to relax after a long day. Horse back riding near by on the beach. Jesus was available Any Time ! Gave us a peace of mind knowing we can reach him at anytime of the day or night. Location was a little hard to find due to Google Maps not working but Jesus and Yanira were great at meeting us and helping us get to the property safely. Definitely will come back here soon. Book you stay here you will not regret it !!!!
