You may never want to leave this airy and bright 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The open concept living area features large windows that fill the space with natural light framing amazing panoramic views of the bay, downtown San Diego and the Pacific. Unwind in the cozy living room with plush, modern furnishings and a large 55 inch smart TV perfect for movie nights with loved ones and friends. The living room opens onto a very large outdoor, a space you will quickly discover is essentially a second living room.

The fully appointed kitchen has all the necessities that you will ever need, including stainless steel appliances, high end cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and blender. This area also has a dedicated workspace with a view of downtown.

Enjoy your favorite beverage, dining alfresco, playing a game with family and friends or just chilling and reading a book in the beautiful San Diego weather on this very large deck complete with panoramic view of Mission Bay, San Diego, and the Pacific. On super clear days, you can even see all the way to Mexico. Just outside the back door is a large fenced backyard for you to enjoy a game of ping-pong or do some grilling on the barbecue.

Bedroom #1 features beautiful decor, a king size Sealy Posturepedic bed with two king and two queen pillows, and fine luxury linens. The bedroom also has a 32" TV with Amazon Firestick to access all your streaming platforms, ceiling fan and window unit air conditioner for those occasional warm nights, as well as a large closet, dresser, and two luggage racks, all for your convenience. There are even a few novels for reading before slumber.

Bedroom #2 is spacious with a queen size bed with four queen pillows, fine luxury linens and ceiling fan. It is also complete with a window unit air-conditioner, a 32" TV with Amazon Firestick, dresser and two luggage racks. In addition, a queen size blowup mattress with linens are available if needed.

The full Bathroom, has absorbent towels for four and is complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, hairdryer, ample storage.

Headed to the Beach or Bay? We got you covered! Beach chairs, large beach towels, sun umbrella, beach cart, and cooler all available for your trip to the beach (about a 1/2 mile). You just need to bring the sunscreen. If you're feeling more adventurous, there are boogie boards, foam surfboards, wetsuits, beach toys, and snorkeling gear all available to you as well.

Pets. We are pet lovers! Our rental is pet friendly and equipped with water and food bowls, potty bags, and other accessories. (Pet Policy applicable.)
