Une belle maison de ville de deux étages, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, nichée dans l'emplacement le plus souhaitable de Pacific Beach, North PB. Situé au 880, rue Tourmaline, Tourmaline Beach et Surf Park sont à moins de 2 pùtés de maisons (5 min à pied). Nous sommes situés dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à distance de marche de certains des meilleurs restaurants de San Diego et d'une vie nocturne animée à proximité. Grands cafés, une épicerie et Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect .; Assez loin de l'agitation mais assez proche pour en profiter! Vous allez adorer cette maison. Il est trÚs bien fait avec une disposition ouverte, une belle cuisine neuve, du carrelage partout, une belle cour en mosaïque d'ardoise à l'avant et une terrasse en séquoia à l'arriÚre. Nous avons un espace de stationnement privé, une aire de pique-nique avec barbecue et un magnifique aménagement paysager partout.

Cette maison est haut de gamme et bien aménagée. Il est livré avec 3 télévisions à écran plasma, un lecteur DVD et des DVD, une connexion Wi-Fi, une télévision par cùble, une cuisine entiÚrement meublée, une table à manger, 2 commodes, deux lits queen-size, un lit superposé combiné / double, (draps frais inclus) , et l'essentiel de la plage! Very nice and quiet area to stay. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of things. It’s still convenient to walk toward LaJolla area for meals or over to Pacific beach or Mission beach for dinner. Very relaxing and just what we needed.Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect for SDSU grad weekend

This townhouse was perfect for our stay for our family. The location was great - we could easily walk to the beach, great restaurants (Leilani’s, Fig Tree and Second Nature ) and coffee (Java Earth). The rooms were clean and spacious- as were the bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked with plates etc. Loved it and would use again (if I had another SDSU since we are out-of-state).

Great place in Pacific Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the beach chairs, bikes and sand toys. The house was clean and in the described condition when we arrived. Communication and check in/check out was smooth. Nice to have laundry in the unit. Highly recommend!!

Perfect beach getaway spot

My girlfriends and I spent a long weekend celebrating several milestone birthdays and this was the perfect spot. We had lots of plans to go out but were so cozy and having so much fun in this space that we opted to stay in. It was clean, spacious and has a great kitchen and nice refrigerator. Parking is limited so be aware if you have multiple cars. I would definitely recommend this property.

California holiday vacation

Property was clean, spacious and had everything our family of 5 needed. The kitchen was well stocked! The property is very close (within walking distance) to great restaurants, shops and the ocean. Highly recommend this property!

Family trip

We chose this place for the proximity to the beach which was great, it’s a fun walk there and a nice close supermarket. We enjoyed our stay in San Diego. We wished the actual listing says it’s a coin laundry. I hadn’t read all of the reviews to find that in a review. The laundry is also in a garage which is not clean or tidy. We needed to wash while we were there. It only takes quarters and their coin exchange was broken. When we got quarters to wash, the cleaning crew still had wet towels/sheets in one washer and both of the dryers with nowhere to put these. The kitchen garbage still had garbage in the bottom of the bag and when we went to heat up syrup the next morning, there was a Taco Bell bag in the microwave, left there by someone who heated up their burrito/taco and forgot to eat it. Also, the pull out couch had spiral chips on top when we went to make up the bed. The checkin process was very detailed which was helpful because it’s a little tricky to find the unit with it being in the back of several units. The bed squeaks and would feel nicer to have it quiet. We had plenty of towels and it was nice to have a kitchen. So overall good with a few things for the clean up crew to catch. Thanks!

Cozy & Comfortable

The home was clean, cozy and comfortable. Everything listed was provided in the home. You can easily access the beach with a short walk, local restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is tight, but doable.

Perfect for Family of 5

The location was great, and everything was as advertised. We were very thankful for a guaranteed parking space since good parking in SD is so hard to find. Gelson’s Market is a short walk away, so getting groceries for breakfast each day was a breeze. The Birrieria nearby was also awesome!

Amazing

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. It was clean and very well furnished. It was so nice to have all the beach supplies. The beach two blocks away is more for surfers. You’ll still want to drive to the pier at Pacific Beach. Quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend!!!

Family and friends beach vacation!

Perfect for two families with kids! 10 minute walk to the beach, local grocery 7 minute walk (Gelson’s Market), numerous walkable restaurants, very nice cooking supplies and kitchen, great beach supplies, coin laundry in garage, plenty of towels, they thought of everything! We would stay again!

Lovely house, shame about the owner

Overall I’d suggest you don’t stay at this property. It’s a shame because the house is nice (although no soundproofing from the house next door) and close to the beach. However the owner was really rude in his communication with me and charged me a fortune for a towel rail apparently ‘breaking’ while we were staying. I put all the towels away myself at the end of the stay and none of the rails were broken and none of us (all adults with no reason to lie) were aware of a broken rail during our stay. It’s very clear that he’s pinned a ‘breakage’ on us to get some extra money (nearly a hundred dollars for a broken rail!!!) that he entirely cannot substantiate. I’ve never come across anything like it with any other stay I’ve had and frankly the stress and rudeness of his communications weren’t worth the stay.

Perfect for our Family!

This was the perfect house to base our visit to San Diego with our adult children! Comfortable, Roomy, Clean, Well appointed, AND close to beach. We enjoyed sunset every night! Thanks to our hosts for their quick responses we will be back

Great family stay

This property's space and quiet neighborhood location worked out very well for our family group. With open living and generous bedroom spaces as well as two baths, we were all very comfortable. The beach and business districts are within easy walking distance. Richard, the host, was very responsive making communication easy. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous would stay here again!

We had the best time here. Great place for family, much bigger than we expected in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Walk to the beach is a little bit further than we thought but still walkable! Amazing restaurant near by called Leilani’s place that was a great find! House was well stocked and clean thank you for sharing with us!

Nice place near everything

The place is just as described except, the patio upstairs is shared, the patio space is shared and both are super close to each other. We could hear the people outside the primary bedroom since the bedroom window is actually on their side. The people staying next to us were early risers and made no effort to talk quietly even when they were packing up at 6:45. The walls between units are paper thin. We had a nice time and loved walking to coffee, breakfast and the beach.

Good beach location

Had a small family reunion wirh mom and brother. Great location to pacific beach. Clean and comfortable. Unit does share a wall wirh another rental but we had no issues. We would rent again.
