House was the perfect space to spend the holidays. Darrell and Cynthia were super to work with. They allowed us to check in a couple hours early and saves the day when our return flight was cancelled by allowing us to book an additional night! Can’t wait to go back this summer!

The house was perfect for the 8 of us. We had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, house was very inviting. We appreciate the cleanliness and extra touches (water and snacks). Communication with the host was great! And the neighborhood was very quiet and nice.

This place was very welcoming and cozy, with a lot of beautiful and thoughtful furnishings and amenities throughout. The place was very clean and the yard well kept, we had a nice time just hanging around in the yard for a while. We very much appreciated the ample supply of thick, luxurious towels (definitely nicer than the threadbare stuff we usually get in hotels) and the snack basket filled with yummy but relatively healthy treats left for us by the hosts. The hosts were very responsive to our many questions, which we also felt good about. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Anchorage again, which we might since we really enjoyed our stay there.

Stay at Anchorage

Overall positive experience. Kitchen amenities were a bit lacking. We couldn’t get the house thermostat to work as we wished. Good neighborhood, well maintained property.

Excellent Anchorage Home

The house was perfect for our family. Property was very clean and well stocked with everything to make it feel like home. Location was a great base camp to explore Anchorage and all of south central Alaska. Hosts Darrell and Cynthia were always available and responded immediately to any questions we had. When we return to Anchorage it will be the first place we look to book.

Perfect house for our stay. We had 4 adults and a child and the house was the perfect size. It’s also only 7min to the airport and centrally located so going south to Whittier for the Glacier tour or north to the ATV tour with 49th State Motor tours was easy, just about an hour for each. Would recommend staying.

Perfect House for a Hockey Family

This house is perfect for a hockey family. It’s close to the Dempsey Anderson and champion choice. We stay at all a lot of air b and b this is the first time my wife said she really like the place. So I will staying again. The host were quick to respond, they my experience, very smooth.

Stay and property were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you could ask for in a place to stay while on vacation or traveling. Only complaint is no curtains on the kitchen window and deck door window.

Great house in a great location.

We were in Anchorage for a Nordic ski race at Kincaid park. Large comfortable house close to the airport and Kincaid park. Worked great for us. Great kitchen. Living areas upstairs and one downstairs allowed us to spread out.

Treed and flowered Alaska Habitat

We returned to Alaska to attend a wedding and visit with our children who still live in Alaska. The house was roomy for a gathering of six. The beds were very comfortable with nice linen. The neighborhood is an established, treed and flowered habitat that is enjoyable to walk around. I recommend it to anyone.
