Nestled in the pines Welcome Home to our cozy and modern 2 bed 1 bath condo perfectly located in-between the base Peak 8 Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Breckenridge Nordic Center. Don't feel like walking, no problem, the bus stop will take you where ever your heart desires in Summit County. Beautifully furnished with modern furnishings, this property will be the perfect place to relax after an incredible day of skiing, biking, hiking, fishing or rafting. Relax in the on sight hot tub and sauna and enjoy reliving your day here in the spectacular mountains of Breckenridge. Ample on site surface parking. In the summer months there is a trail that leads to Main Street and is about a 10 minute walk. Take in the views and the wildflowers (usually best in late June and July) Downtown Breckenridge boasts of an abundance of shopping and a variety of fabulous local restaurants from casual to fine dining. Learn about the rich mining history of Breckenridge and take a ghost tour or a tour to the Country Boy Mine. We had a fabulous time at this property. It was perfect for two couples with very easy access to the ski slopes via shuttle. We appreciated the extra amenities, including the hot tub. A real gem!

The property was a great size for my family! Plenty of kitchen and living space for relaxing. It also has 2 bedrooms.The location is excellent for skiing. It is right across the street from the nordic center and a 10 min walk to the peaks and gondola ride ti downtown. The free shuttle is right outside the condoThe host is exceptional!

Everything was as advertised, very easy to get to and from the ski slope. We parked at the base but the bus stop across the street would work too. Very happy with our stay!

Perfect location for the slopes and walking to town

Clean apartment ideally situated a few steps from the free bus to peak 7 and 8 (1, 2 stops). One mile walk into town with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Awesome Stay on Near Peak 8

Great spot in Gold Camp, easy shuttle up to Peak 7/8 or not too far of a walk (at least downhill) in a pinch. Place was exactly as pictured/described on the listing and Caren's a great host. Place was clean and functional. Would definitely recommend. Only negative during our trip was that the upstairs neighbors were a little noisy late at night.

Ski trip 2025

Overall this was a great property. I can tell by the age of the building that they have spent time to renovate this condo. The condo was very spacious. A good amount of storage for all our ski clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked. The couch was very comfortable to relax on. The bus stop being right across the street was also very nice. The bus will take right to the mountain as well as downtown Breckenridge. Having your own locker for your ski equipment was great as well. The only negative I had was the mattress could us and update. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

There is such a diverse array of outdoor recreation in this community. Breckenridge has a rich history and hometown feel. Please reach out with any questions. We'd love to give you our recommendations on just about anything here in this magical and beautiful town!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose the Gold Camp Community for a few reasons. I used to live at Gold Camp in the mid 80's so I have a special fondness for the memories I have there. We also chose it because of it's unique location. Gold Camp gives guests that "nestled in the woods" mountain feeling while also being close to the base of Peak 8 and the Breckenridge Nordic Center. It's also conveniently located across the street from the bus route. The bus system is free and will take you anywhere in the County so no need for a rental car.

Our property stands out because it has been beautifully updated, it's in a quiet setting, and a great location to access everything our mountain community has to offer.
