RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, ce spacieux, chaleureux et confortable 2 lit queen, 1 lit double Murphy, 2 salles de bain condo avec terrasse privĂ©e avec barbecue Ă  gaz est situĂ© dans le quartier calme et boisĂ© du quartier historique de Breckenridge. À quelques pas des boutiques de la rue Main, du marchĂ© bien approvisionnĂ© de Breckenridge et de bons restaurants, ainsi que du Peak 9 Queen Silver 6-chair. Ou sautez sur la ligne bleue GRATUITE (l'arrĂȘt de bus se trouve devant l'entrĂ©e principale) jusqu'Ă  Beaver Run ou la tĂ©lĂ©cabine pour un accĂšs rapide aux pics 6-8 et au-dessus des pistes fraĂźches de la ligne des arbres. Adjacent au Carter Park, la terrasse privĂ©e du condo offre une vue magnifique sur la vallĂ©e et les images et les sons de la luge en hiver et du tennis, du football, du baseball et du volley-ball en Ă©tĂ©. Marchez ou roulez depuis la porte d'entrĂ©e vers les sentiers de randonnĂ©e et de vĂ©lo Ă  proximitĂ©. La terrasse commune comprend un bain Ă  remous, des grilles et des coins salons sur la terrasse. Le condo est au niveau principal (donc pas d'escaliers aprĂšs avoir passĂ© une journĂ©e Ă  la montagne). Le bel intĂ©rieur ouvert du bĂątiment offre des coins tranquilles pour lire ou prendre une rĂ©union ainsi que des espaces pour des rassemblements sociaux.

Rangez vos valises et votre équipement à l'écart dans le vaste espace de rangement de ce condo de 1100 pieds carrés, et faites comme chez vous en profitant de la chaleur du foyer au gaz ou de la télévision à partir d'un canapé surdimensionné et d'un causeuse. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont aménagées pour nourrir facilement une foule affamée (service pour 12 personnes). Les deux chambres ont des lits queen confortables, des placards, des baies vitrées et des commodes. Un lit escamotable nouvellement installé signifie un matelas complet confortable pour les invités de 5 et 6 ans, et pas de problÚme avec le canapé-lit! Les machines à laver à piÚces se trouvent au niveau inférieur. L'unité est facilement accessible au niveau principal (suggéré pour le chargement / déchargement) et une volée d'escaliers depuis le parking souterrain (attention aux porte-bagages sur le toit, et uniquement sur la voiture / l'unité, pour info!)

Frigid weekend in Breck

Fantastic MLK weekend at Breck! Frigid temps kept the crowds away, slopes wide open, no lift line waits and fantastic place to stay. Close to Peak 9 and town. Pictures are accurate, place is fully stocked and cozy. Plenty of room for 4 adults...definitely stay here again. Julie made everything very easy!

Weekend ski trip

Breckenridge Gem!

Condo was wonderfully appointed and had all the charm we were looking for! Quiet and cozy location close to shops, the best restaurants and all the fun on Main St. also a breeze to get to ski area. Immaculate condo with fresh bedding, the best little fireplace and we loved the grounds. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Breckenridge.

Wonderful location for a family ski week

We skied for the week with our family. The free bus is right outside to bring you directly to the gondolas. Downtown is just steps away. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Would recommend to others to stay.

Lodging for wedding

This property was perfect for our family as we were in Breckenridge for our daughter’s wedding. It was quiet and homey with beautiful views!! My family and I are not skiers, but seeing those coming and going to/from the slopes was something pretty neat. Other than some elevation sickness and sleeplessness by a few it was another great family memory!!

Ski Weekend!

We came from Massachusetts and stayed Thursday until Sunday. We loved the location, easy to get to & from Breckenridge. At night it was a short ride to shops and dining. Unit was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this highly! Hostess did not require a lot of clean up before leaving. Really enjoyed our time.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was really nice, clean and spacious and you will not be disappointed. The location was great, about 5 minute walk to the grocery store and within 10 minute walk to Main St where you find plenty of restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed our visit and the condo was very comfortable. We will definitely come back!!

I fell in love with Colorado when I was 9 years old. My dream of living here came true 30 years later, and I am so happy and grateful to share my good fortune with others who may come to know a similar experience. I am a nurse (still practice as a staff nurse in the OR), and work with a non-profit organization, Practice Greenhealth, in helping hospitals reduce their environmental footprint and impacts. All of the recent remodeling projects have been carried out in the most environmentally responsible manner possible. We are also all about supporting the local economy, so local contractors were used during the remodel, and my upstairs neighbors handle the property management services.

Location. Quiet Views. I come to the condo regularly in between rentals to enjoy the season's outdoor activities from the door. It is a great place to be quiet and focus on important projects, as well as comfortably entertain a crowd.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I'm pretty excited about the new Murphy Bed with the super comfortable full mattress. I'm also excited about the big gas grill I installed on the private deck this past summer. I put in all new kitchen appliances this year, and the cooks in the crowd will enjoy the gas range, and electric/convection dual oven. With service for 12, you'll be able to serve and entertain a crowd.
