The perfect San Antonio mid-term rental (1-6 months).

The private "boat house" is a centrally located, stylish 2 story, 1 bedroom/2 bath with a chefs kitchen and free street parking.

This small house is appointed well with focus on the kitchen and dining island on the ground floor. A convertible sofa bed, half bathroom and laundry facility also make the ground floor very convenient. Upstairs you will find a good sized queen bedroom with closet and a full bathroom with claw tub.

This location is amazing in the heart of Monte Vista, a desirable, family friendly neighborhood with great walkability to some of the best dining in San Antonio.

Local favorites include La Fonda, Barbaro, Capparelli's and Vegan Ave., to name just a few.

Great location, really close to the pearl and quarry area. There are lots of homeless people in the area, but they mostly keep to themselves. Nice and quiet area with a good neighborhood to the north.

Great part of town

Extremely safe. Never had any issues walking around even after a night out. Great restaurants and happy hours.

Great property Great location

I have been stating since late June waiting for my new home to be finished. It’s a $10 Uber ride to the Pearl and tons of small restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very safe area no issues walking late and no issues parking on the street. Fully equipped unit with 2 bathrooms and dishwasher.
