Spacieux, contemporain 2 chambres 2 salle de bain complĂšte maison de jardin. Grill sur le patio! Deux matelas pneumatiques simples supplĂ©mentaires disponibles. Grande piscine communautaire accueillante, club-house, courts de tennis, basket-ball, terrain de jeux et balançoires Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la maison! À quelques minutes du centre commercial La Cantera, des six drapeaux, du centre mĂ©dical, de l’UTSA, de l’USA et du centre-ville. Great golf getaway again, I have stayed here numerous times and Penny always wishes me a great round of golf, the location is great, house is always in great condition, Penny is always only a phone call away, and she always lets me know if an early check in is possible, will be back in February

Amenities were available like tennis courts and pool. Host was very accommodating. They left a snack tray, stuffed animals, and crayons/ coloring books (I had small children with me). The master bedroom bed was VERY comfortable! Close to Fiesta Texas which was our main activity we were doing during our stay.

Our San Antonio Stay!

2nd time I have stayed here for my twice a year golf outing house is in a great location very near my friends home. Snacks are a great touch. Quiet neighborhood friendly people will definitely be staying here again

Wonderful home, clean and super quiet. Beds were so amazing! I have a tweaky back and the bed in the primary was perfect. Never woke up with any issues. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and the stuffed animals were very cute! Will be staying here again.

Quick trip

Penny was amazing through the entire process. How was exactly what we needed for a quick last minute getaway. There was an issue with the master bathroom toilet but we were Are aware of that issue when we got there to ensure we were aware of any possible issues that could pop up.

Perfect for a quick getaway

I took my parents to visit my daughter for her birthday. It was a great stay. Everything was as described and the neighborhood was very inviting. We will definitely stay again.

Great holiday rental

We really enjoyed our week staying in this property. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was one of the most well equipped rentals we've stayed in, which made it easy to prepare meals after busy days out and about enjoying San Antonio. The community pool was also appreciated in the heat of the summer. We loved the daily visits from the neighbourhood deer!

Nice House in a Nice, Quiet Neighborhood

Very nice house in a nice and QUIET neighborhood. One-car garage in the back and parking on the street out front. Cute, quirky decor! Great Internet service! A well-designed older home. Beds were comfortable, but unusually low to the floor; my 92 year old Mom chose the tallest of the two beds and still had difficulty getting up. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes. I'm 73 and would definitely stay here again, but not with my Mom again.

The Good, The Bad and The Questionable

The Good: I came for a two-week stay (split visit). The host was responsive & helpful. Quiet neighborhood, w/ pool access. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, & the courtyard, though small, is a pleasant addition. Host left a ton of snacks. The Bad: It's an older house, & furniture isn't very comfortable. The table isn't conducive to computer work, & the bedrooms, where desks are located, are too dark for work purposes. The beds were particularly challenging to get in & out of due to their low height, making it impossible to sit comfortably on the edge. The cleanliness could have been better, as there were cobwebs on walls & crumbs on table from previous occupants. There were issues with the locks on the first night, and they were promptly fixed the next day. The dishwasher isn't mounted correctly, which is inconvenient when trying to load or unload dishes. The Questionable: There are windows in the kitchen & dining room that do not have coverings, facing the private courtyard. It still gave me a sense of unease not being able to close curtains at night. The VRBO info stated 2nd room had 2 twin beds & 2 queen beds, but it only had 1 queen bed, so this was confusing. The property was adequate, not outstanding. It would greatly benefit from higher & firmer beds, more comfortable furniture in living & dining areas (chairs). Fixing the dishwasher mount & addressing the window coverings would enhance the overall experience.

Great location

Great neighborhood, the Host went out of her way to accommodate us, we needed a couple of outdoor patio folding chairs, and she brought two of her personal ones for us to use for the solar eclipse. We needed a hammer and a hammer was right where she said it would be. Anything we needed the house took care of us. Thank you so much again.

Great location!

Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable house to stay in. Only negative was that there is one queen bed in each bedroom, no twin beds. And the beds are low to the floor. Our hostess was very quick to reply to our questions. We had a very enjoyable vacation.

Quarry Golf Trip

Great location, nice house, property manager Penny was very helpful when we had problems opening front door she also sent us best wishes on our golf and let us know about some places to visit, will stay here again next golf outing

Sinking floor

Fairly clean home is situated in a nice quiet established neighborhood close to shopping. 1 car garage can be accessed through the alley, though we did not use due to rugs on garage floor. A bucket of snacks and cold drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. We only used the home for sleep at night as we were visiting family for Christmas. There is only 1 smoke detector for the whole home. The Living Room could use a table lamp for light. The floors sink quite noticeably on the bed/bath side- so much so that my son had to sleep on several pillows just to be level in the bed! We were afraid the side of the house would fall off!

Great quiet location

When we arrived we were greeted with a container of snacks on the kitchen counter (husband & son were thrilled). We were also greeted with stuffed animals throughout which was fun for me and the kids to see - made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The home was clean and in a great quiet location. Neighbors were very friendly and greeted us each morning.

Nice home very clean and welcoming

This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and owner was very nice and accommodating. The only issues were: Beds are platform and low to the ground so not really made for tall people. Dining table had chairs that weren’t very comfortable. There are no twin beds, all we found was a twin blowup mattress and there is a couch that wasn’t very comfortable. We are not small people but maybe will be comfortable for smaller folks. TV in master had a Firestick that didn’t work. Everything else was fine.

Late arrival heaven

We've used VRBO before and there is usually very little food in the house. I can't tell you how much we appreciated the bucket of snacks and some frozen items that awaited us. It meant not having to go out for fast food at 9 PM. We could just unpack, microwave and RELAX! The house was spotless. It was a perfect location for all our activities.
