Plenty of room to spread out! We had a family reunion with 12 folks ages 10-94 and all were comfy with lots of spaces to hang out. The cottage was an awesome retreat for those looking for a little quiet.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Since we don't live as close as we used to, I stay in constant contact with a very reliable handyman, my cleaners, and every other type of repair person needed. If you found anything that needs work at the house, please message me on the reservation thread so I can get it taken care of right away. We'd love to have you back anytime... Thanks again!

My family and I had a blast! The weather was not on our side but the home had a ton of entertainment from tv, consoles and games for everyone. Mark was so easy and quick to communicate with. The house was beautiful and clean. The pictures don’t do the pool justice. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful. My family and I will definitely be rebooking next year and longer to really enjoy the whole house.

The location is good for what you pay for. Biggest issue was the almost complete lack of toilet paper, hand soap, or any cleaning supplies. We had to go to Walmart to pick these up. There was also scratches and dents in some of the walls before we got there. The owner did respond quickly and was helpful with check-in.

Hi Patrick, I always provide those paper items and hand soap and keep cleaning supplies on hand. If anything like that runs out during your stay, I am more than happy to either have them brought to you or reimburse you whatever twice what you paid to get them yourself. I am sad that something like that soured your time at my house. Please feel free to message me if there was anything else you have feedback on. I work to make each guest experience better than the last!

Large house fit all our friends!

This home was large and easily fit the 7 couples that we had in town for a wedding. It’s walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The pool was very clean and the home provided all the amenities we needed.

The family style home is located in a wonderful area. You can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, Outlet Mall, Walmart, Drug Stores and Miniature Golf, etc. We loved the Patio and in ground pool and spent most of our time enjoying all the outside amenities. There’s a great Blackstone grill to cook on and 2 charcoal grills. At night we sat by the fire pit and made s’mores with the family. It’s also pet friendly with a doggie door and a fenced in yard. There’s also a cute little efficiency cottage on the property if a family member wants privacy. Parking is easy we had 5 cars and there was plenty of room to park. Our host Mark responds very quickly to messages and is exceptional nice and willing to work with you on any issues you may have. Our family had a wonderful time.Linda

The house and host were great. We had one hiccup while there and the host was attentive and got back to me with every contact within an hour if not less. Only thing that was a slight issue is lack of bathrooms, we made it work but top floor has no bathrooms so was challenging with older people who go several times a night LOL

Great location

This is a great place if you want a place near the main thoroughfare that is close to outlets and restaurants. Would be aware that in the main house, only 2 of the bedrooms and the basement are single use and the other rooms are very open to the other guest sleeping in beds so if you are a person who needs privacy or quiet to sleep, this may not be the best home. If you need space and fun, then this is the house for you.

We travel with our children and grandchildren every year and sometimes struggle to find a home with enough space. We definitely all had enough space for our trip to Rehoboth. There were plenty of areas that we could all be together and enjoy time being with everyone! The kids loved the pool!!!!! Plenty of parking space for all of us. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions and needs! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously! The black stone was amazing for us to cook family meals! Well stocked kitchen. We found all cooking supplies and plenty of dishes and silverware! We loved the separate cottage because when we needed a little quiet time (from all the grandbabies) we could sneak away to the cottage for a little while. Overall a great time was had by all. Beach was only 10 minutes away. Plenty of different beaches to choose from within a short distance!

A Hidden Gem

Our family of 10 stayed at this home during plunge weekend. Mark was an amazing host. He addressed any issues that arised quickly. There was plenty of room for our family, tons of games to play, and even in the winter, the sunroom was still the best place to hang out (the mild weekend helped!). Like the title says- It's truly a hidden gem.

The host had great communication and was very accommodating and friendly. The house was perfect for my family of 11 during Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The cottage house was a bonus, and also clean. I would suggest having a broom and vacuum handy and available for guests. It was stated that these items were available but we never found them. The back yard is completely fenced in which was perfect for bringing dogs. Another plus was the off road parking and the driveway accommodated parking for 7 cars. Shopping was conveniently close for any essentials that we needed to forgot to pack. The house is a little dated but met all of our needs. I would stay again and recommend this house for big families who are looking for a place at the beach.

Family time

Family friendly house with plenty to do inside and outside. Our grandchildren love chasing each other around the house and i appreciated having enough room for all of them and the adults and didn't feel crowded. Would have been better for me if the pool was heated but the kids still enjoyed it. My hudband and i enjoyed the cottage. It took us a while to get the tvs figured out but leave it up to kids to know tech. Loved that we were close to stores and other activities and the beach but not on the busy main strip. for all of them and all of the adults.

Great place for large group on a budget

What stands out about this house is all of the sleeping areas. (It is important to note that to get to one of the two upstairs "bedrooms" you have to walk through another bedroom.) There is a bunk room that easily sleeps 3 kids. The basement was also comfortable for sleeping on either coaches or inflatable beds. The pool was very nice, and the the large fenced in yard was great for our dog. The living room and dining room are modern and nice and on central air. Most of the rest of the house is dated and on room air conditioners. The owner is incredibly responsive. Whatever needed to be repaired was quickly done. The location, although not beautiful, was 10 minutes from everywhere.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We recently enjoyed a magical week-long stay at Mark's Beach House for a family vacation. It turned out to be the perfect place for our extended family to create lasting memories. The house itself had a wonderful layout with multiple floors and plenty of rooms. It was ideal for our large group, offering a great mix of togetherness and privacy. While the house showed some typical wear and tear, which is to be expected at a beach rental, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. More importantly, the price was fantastic, making it an unbeatable value for our family vacation. The kids absolutely loved having their own hangout area downstairs with the large TV and game system. This provided a perfect space for them to unwind and enjoy some screen time while the adults relaxed in the comfortable living areas upstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up family meals. The convenience of having an on-site pool was a major bonus, especially on those days when the beach wasn't quite calling our name, or when the little ones needed a change of scenery.
