Relaxing Vacation Home in Rehoboth Beach

Welcome to the lovely community of Arbor-Lyn! Arbor-Lyn is perfectly placed just minutes away from all that Rehoboth and Lewes have to offer. Travel like a local and enjoy easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores and shopping without ever going on any major roads.

Our home is newly build in 2022; clean, smoke free and pet/ child friendly. Brand new furniture and appliances and Swimming Pool/clubhouse in the community just two minutes walk!

Our Space:

Kitchen- There is kitchen and all of the cooking conveniences you should expect; clean appliances, quality pots and pans, cooking utensils, knife set, flatware and matching dish set. Pepper, salt and catch-up are also stocked.

Dining Area- The dinning table can accommodates 8 people. Is good for family dinner and game night.

Living Room-Brand new sofa and smart TV are located in the living room for family to enjoy.

Laundry Room- Brand new washing machine and drying machine with all laundry supplies.

Parking - The maximum parking is 2 cars, but it also has off-street parking available.

Bedroom Configuration:

Master Bedroom: King size bed with full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 & 3: Both room has one Queen size bed with a jack-and-jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Queen size bed

Bedroom 5: Queen size bed

Nearby:

You will have great restaurant and other attractions within minutes of drive. Tanger Outlet, bars, local restaurants, and everything in between less than 1 mile away and Rehoboth Beach just 4 miles from toes in the sand.

Please review Due to COVID pandemic DE guidelines for reopening, Short Term Rentals are lifted and beaches are open but there are still restrictions in place beyond our control. Please check DE guidelines for the area when traveling to DE.

Wonderful getaway

Bunch of first timers to Rehoboth Beach. House was comfortable, plenty spacious for 8 adults, and was a nice location tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still always within 10-30 minutes of the action depending on the time of day.

Beach house done right! The house met all of our expectations and more - just as described, new, clean, nicely laid out. They have everything you need - and they don’t skimp on the quality of the pans, the laundry detergent, or anything else they provide. We had a great time and loved our stay.

Great for Large groups

Very large and spacious home great for large groups .. went down with 10 adults and 7 children and we had enough room for everyone .. close to beaches and attractions and tons of great restaurants .

Family Beach Getaway

Three generations gathered to enjoy Rehoboth Beach. It was a pleasure working with homeowner Helen. Her home was a wonderful place for eight adults, two children, and one beagle.

Short Memorial Day weekend

We had 6 adult and 4 kids and a small dog for a short Memorial Day weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays The house is big and beautiful and clean and the location was very convenient to the supermarkets , restaurants and outlets as well as to rehoboth beach we also love the convenience of having the washer and dryer It was very easy to communicate with Helen the host we would definitely be coming back in the near future

We had an amazing trip while staying at Helen's home! The house was exactly as pictured online and it was gorgeous! It was everything we needed for our long weekend stay and had a lovely kitchen. There was plenty of parking available at the property (garage and driveway) and the community parking lot was a short walk away. Helen communicated all instructions very clearly and was responsive to messages. The check-in and check-out process was very easy to follow. Overall, I highly recommend this home to a large group looking enjoy a lovely weekend in Rehoboth.

Great House in a central location

Brand new beautiful house with a great community center. As our weather was not the best the place was perfect to be able to hang out and relax. Karen had everything we needed linens towels shampoo etc. Many TVs and room options. Perfect for a larger family/group.

Size of the home served us well. Without traffic, di stance to beach was reasonable; very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Two suggestions: lighting is needed in the living room so that you could sit on the sofa and have enough light to read a book or magazine. There is no light in there; nearest light is over kitchen counter. Also, considering you could have 10 people staying there, the kitchen needs more glassware, silverware, medium saucepans, one or two sheet pans.

Great Multi-Family Home

Our group of 10 people (6 adults, 4 children) had ample space in this beautiful home. There is plenty of room to spread out, while also great seating for family meals together. We loved the community center pool, grill and table tennis. Being close to the grocery stores and outlets made shopping easy. Communication with Helen was also easy - she was quick to respond to any of our questions. Great memories made on our family vacation! Thank you for the use of your awesome home.
