Other things to note:

-The entrance of villa is at street level. There are stairs inside the villa.

-Passport photos will be collected before check-in due to law.

-Cleaning during the stay is available upon request for a fee of 50 euros. Due to requests from some guests for hotel-style cleaning, we have found it necessary to include this information. Please remember that this is not a hotel.

-If you prefer VIP one way airport transportation (80 euros for up to 6 people or 100 euros up to 16 people), please inform me before the day you arrive. Note that only cash USD, EURO or TL payments are accepted.


Car Parking:

-There are free slots in front of the house. But they may be occupied by other residents of neighborhood.

-There is a private car park close to our place that costs 15 euro daily.

Review

House was clean but not nice neighborhood. Bathroom faucet was leaking. The oven did not work. We are staying there for 10 days without any cleaning or changing covers sheets. She responded to message very late. Wifi is very slow . When uber came to pick up to airport, he told us such scary neighborhood. No shampoo or body wash. No sofa or comfortable chair inside the house. leaving room very small and TV is in one bedroom. In generał not too bad but not worth it with the price.

Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to address several inaccuracies in your review. First, this is not a hotel, so cleaning and sheet changes are only provided upon request. The Wi-Fi speed is 50mbps, which is fast by Turkish standards. As for Uber, it does not operate in Turkey, making that claim untrue. You are not the first or last guest to stay here, and previous guests have been satisfied with both the neighborhood and the apartment’s amenities. Shampoo was provided, so that statement is also incorrect. Regarding the bathroom faucet, had you informed us, we could have fixed it within a minute, but without notification, we had no way of knowing. As for the TV, we do not claim that there is a TV in every room. It is clearly stated that there is only one TV in the apartment. All the photos and descriptions accurately represent the space, and the oven and other appliances are regularly checked. We value guest feedback, but it's important that reviews are truthful and based on accurate information. It is very clear that you are someone with an antisocial personality disorder who intentionally lies to damage the property and ruin our business. I hope you encounter people far more toxic than yourself throughout your life and receive the consequences of this deliberate harm many times over.

Extreme contrasts

Our main reason to rent this house was for our separated family to spend time together. And that was achieved but far not as comfortable as was expected. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, but NO living room, none. Only small kitchen and one place to seat is by the dining table (owners did add enough chairs around it per my request). Bedrooms lack furniture, just one big bedroom had a dresser. Some light bulbs were out ( I guess to save money). Cleaning supplies were openly piled on the floor by washing machine in the basement. This house is pretty close to Balat - nice touristy area, but you have get out of slums first because house has been built in the middle of very poor and dirty neighborhood with piled trash on street and in the alley, stray dogs and cats right there...and children being sent to us to beg for money. When I asked to have our trash removed from the house, I was offered to pay 50 euros for cleaning, so we collected 7 bags mainly with empty water bottles in the court yard...and they were never removed while we were there. We didn't get Welcomed as was promised, when we arrived, there was only non English speaking cleaning person who handed me the key silently and walked out. By day 4 we had lots of ants on the first floor, which we dutifully cleaned Only one key was provided for the whole group, which is odd. We've used Turkish bath once I'd not stay there again, but rent 4 rooms in a hotel in better neighborhood for the same amount of money.

Firstly, it’s important to note that this is not a hotel, but a vacation rental. Services like daily cleaning and trash removal are not automatically provided. We encourage guests to simply take out their trash to the bins located on the street, which is a common practice for vacation rentals. Regarding the layout, the lack of a living room and the available amenities, including the outdoor seating area in the garden, are clearly detailed in our listing. We aim to ensure that guests understand the space they are booking. The neighborhood is an authentic and historic part of the city. While it might be different from other areas, it offers a unique cultural experience for many of our guests. As for the light bulbs, their failure is not related to energy saving but simply due to the end of their lifespan. It may have escaped our attention, but if you had notified us, we would have replaced them immediately. The check-in process was handled by our cleaning staff, who provided the keys. We provide one key as standard, but we would have gladly assisted with any requests for additional keys during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our service.
