Tucked in the Litchfield Hills this property promises a serene getaway.

Just 2 hrs from NYC, our post and beam home is nestled on two beautiful and private acres where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the babbling brook. Spend the day hiking the trails at Kent Falls, exploring the idyllic towns of NW CT, swimming at Lake Waramug or skiing at Mohawk MTN. If you choose not to eat out at any of the excellent restaurants in the area, you can whip up a delicious dinner in our newly remodeled kitchen and end your night enjoying a glass of wine around the fire pit.

Property Details:
Recently renovated, our home offers beauty and comfort with furnishings from Arhaus, Pottery Barn and West Elm.

Our new kitchen has all the tools a chef would need including brand new Cafe appliances and triple filtered water. The dining table very comfortably seats six. The kitchen, dining room and living room all offer views of the lawn and pond, with three sliding glass doors that lead out to a deck.

On the backside of the home, the office, powder room and sitting area offer views of the woods and the babbling brook below.

Upstairs you will find a primary en suite with a seperate area set up as a nursery - with a bassinet, crib, changing table and rocker it's convenient for families with little ones- two guest bedrooms - all bedrooms complete with blackout curtains - and a second full bath.

Please note, for the safety of our property and to monitor the utilities in our home we have exterior cameras, as well as a camera in the basement to monitor the electrical box, water heater, and other mechanics of the home. The basement is not intended for guest use.

Great getaway

We had wonderful stay. The house was super clean and spacious. The quiet HVAC set up kept the house dry and very comfortable during those hot and humid days. Would recommend to anyone.

The house was very clean and was just a described. I reached out to the owner on a few things and they were very responsive. Again a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Fall Escape

We had a lovely stay in Michela's beautiful home. The entire booking and check-in process went smoothly. The house has been renovated with top-of-the-line finishes and is in a gorgeous location. The surrounding trees boasted their stunning Fall colors, and the air was crisp. We will return.
