Brand new home. Beautifully designed, California, closets, Patio. Open floor, nicely detailed cathedral celling, white kitchen with quartz countertops and Island, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, and farmhouse flair of this custom home. The primary bedroom suite offers walk-in closet, tile shower, and double vanity. On the opposite side is the guest wing, with 2 bedrooms and nicely appointed full bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout, beautiful lighting.

This place felt like home while we were there. Everything you can think of was available for our use. Super clean and the host was wonderful. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend this property.

Summer Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect and very convenient to various destinations. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. My family and I would love to stay here again!

Incredible Stay Incredible Property

What an incredible property!! The host has provided everything you could ever need from kitchen furnishing to beach supplies. She did not miss anything!! The property was immaculate and the home itself was gorgeous. All the furnishings were top of the line!! We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. Family reunion in Cape Cod

House was absolutely perfect! You can tell how much thought went into the furnishings and everything available for us to use. From beach towels, beach chairs and toys to bathroom necessities, we were so impressed and appreciative of every little detail. We even found remedies for all our mosquito bites. I would love to come back and stay in this perfect home away from home!. It couldn’t have been better…a perfect 10!

Perfectly Designed Home

This house is beautiful- and the layout is great for two families or multiple age groups. It was clear that the owner left no detail to chance- the kitchen was fully stocked with high end appliances, kitchen gadgets and every convenience imaginable. It made me want to cook- and I hate cooking! I enjoyed espresso in front of the fireplace one morning, and another morning from the backyard hammock. The decor was beautiful- it shows even better than it does in the pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable, with every texture linen imaginable- something for everyone. While we had to drive to the beach, the garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc., making the trip incredibly easy. It was minutes to great shopping and restaurants. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for biking and walking or just playing in the yard. The entire house was spotless, with the highest quality of everything. When we had one slight hiccup (an unforeseen situation beyond the owners control) , they responded immediately and appropriately. It was evident that they wanted to make sure their guests and an excellent experience. We are already planning our next trip back. This place is perfect.

We’ve stayed at several rentals on the Cape and this was the best one by far! Alessandra’s home is very clean, modern, well-decorated and extremely well stocked. Her kitchen cabinets were very organized and filled with all sorts of small appliances, great dishware and all sorts of cooking utensils and spices. The bedding was super comfortable, bathroom cabinets were filled with towels and amenities, and the laundry room had multiple types of detergent to use (including ones I could use for sensitive skin). Garage had plenty of beach gear for us too (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). As my husband jokingly said, it felt like we were living in a magazine. I really also appreciated how welcoming her home was for kids. We were able to set up one of the beds with bed bumpers she provided for my toddler, and he loved the bedtime books she laid out for him (we didn’t even end up using the ones we brought with us). She even left out some activities for him at a little picnic table. Additionally, Alessandra was very responsive every time I asked a question, and even proactively let us know where there were things around the house. This was truly a perfect rental. Alessandra was so thoughtful and you can tell all the small details she put into making her home welcoming. We can’t wait to stay again.
