The listing was just as described. The house was very clean and extremely well-appointed. Most rentals that I’ve stay in have firm beds, but the bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable for me! I stayed here with my sister for a four-night visit, and we had a wonderful time. Parking was easy, and the distance to downtown was easily walkable. We also loved the great touches of home that the host has woven throughout this unit. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

A charming well appointed cottage in a great location! Great food, ships entertainment all an easy walk. Lovely front porch and back deck for relaxing. House was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

We had a short but sweet stay in this home when picking up my daughter from summer camp. Check in/Check out was super easy, property manager was communicative and easy to reach, location was walking distance to downtown Brevard as well as several restaurants and coffee shops, house was clean/comfortable/well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

If your group can fit into a 2 bedroom place, this is a great choice. Close to everything in Brevard and has everything you could need. We really loved the proximity to King Street - great live music and beer! The place was super clean, had comfortable beds, a good kitchen if you decide to cook in, and a fenced in yard for the pups. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house, amazing location

This house was the perfect lay out for our little family and the location to kocal restaurants and attractions could not have been better. Make sure to check out Noblebrau brewery and Morning Social when youre here.

Excellent location, bigger than appeared in pictures, easy check in/out, pup enjoyed the fully fenced in yard. Make sure to check out the hosts list of restaurant recommendations- all were delicious!

Wonderful Stay

Pristine clean, comfortable furniture, very well stocked for cooking. Deck and large yard for warm weather activities. Walkable to restaurants and all that Brevard has to offer. We stay in Brevard about twice a year and this is one of the nicest properties we have rented.

Weekend getaway

The historic home was nicely updated & clean, and in a quiet area. The foosball game table & firepit were a plus, and also liked the 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms that were private from each other. I would recommend to stay here

Lovely relaxing stay

House is as described. Has all the modern conveniences and extras like board games and foosball table to keep the kids entertained. Terrific location about 10 mins walk to main street. Fenced backyard with a couple of apple trees that had yummy crisp fruits. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a break in Bervard.

Great house and very convenient!

The house was as advertised and very spacious and comfortable! There was a porch and fire pit out back but never used since it was 28 degrees!! Brr Location made it easy to walk to town for drinks, shopping dinner and it was easy to drive to hiking, waterfalls and breweries nearby! Definitely a great choice for a home base!! Will stay again when in the area!!!

Awesome, Clean and Convenient House

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms! Super clean, contemporary and had pretty much everything that we needed. Lovely backyard with a fire pit, patio, and cute little front porch with a porch swing. Great location, we would totally stay here again!! You can walk down the block to a brewery, bar with live music, and a few restaurants, or you can walk up to downtown, which is probably about a 5-7 minute walk. A couple of things to note - this house does not have a hot tub (the listing said that it does); bring your own shampoo and conditioner, and there is one decent size TV (the others are kind of small), if you watch a lot of TV.
