Location Location Location! This adorable cottage has it all with charm and all the amenities. It is situated behind the historic main house and offers complete privacy. Located one block from downtown Main Street and shopping, restaurants, music venues and coffee shops. And don't forget about the Lumberyard Arts District, also within walking distance. It features a king sized bed, kitchenette, pull out twin sofa, towel warmer and a rocking chair back porch. The Ecusta Trail is across the street. Cyclists can use our bike wash and access a secure bike storage area. This cottage is super clean with a terrific location to suit all your needs

Really sweet little place to stay. It was just large enough for our short stay. We walked to Main Street and had dinner and enjoyed the galleries and shops.

The place was exactly as advertised. So clean and fresh and comfortable. The bed and bath linens were top quality. It is convenient to town and great coffee shops and bookstore and other unique shops. Also close to great hiking. Highly recommend.

We were so pleased with our stay at Sasha’s cottage. Everything was just as listed. Upon arrival I noticed something I had forgotten and I reached out to Sasha. She responded within a few minutes and brought what I needed in about 10 minutes. This space is very clean and close to everything! Will definitely stay again if back in Brevard!

This was a week-end trip to Brevard for my wife's 50th high school graduation reunion (BHS graduate 1975). We were looking for something other than the cookie cutter hotels that have sprung up around Brevard over the last few years. This property fit the bill perfectly. If we were a little younger, we could have easily have left the car parked the entire time, everything in Brevard is walkable from here. The little house had a beautiful porch out back, was very private and Sasha, (the owner?) was very pleasant. If this little gem is available the next time we visit, we will certainly stay here again. The king size bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate when we arrived. I have to give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

So convenient to downtown and college

Place was lovely and I felt very safe and secure staying by myself, the break away was for college baseball and that was a lovely walk about 10/15 mins away depending which way you went and I went thru Main Street which is walking distance literally few mins from property, there is plenty of places to eat although shops do close early

Cute property, like a cottage, with outdoor deck as well. Very creative use of space! No kitchen, but the coffee maker and fridge were appreciated. Also, towel warmer/dryer is brilliant! Perhaps a mini desk for laptop would have made it perfect.

Brevard's tiniest VRBO

Perfectly located almost within walking distance of the pub of downtown Brevard activities. This property is very small, about the size of a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very clean room. Easy access to the Brevard Music Center. Well stocked with hygiene amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

Quick Trip

Great little cottage

Cozy Cottage in Brevard

As my five-star review indicates, we were very pleased with this place. The location was excellent - a few blocks from the center of town, and even closer to the Lumberyard District. It is a small space, and would eventually feel cramped if you were confined by rain. But it's no smaller than a hotel room, and is nicely finished with a super comfortable bed. I really only have two recommendations for improvement: (1) a small dresser for clothes, since there's no closet or other clothing storage, and (2) a newer TV. But with that said, we'd stay there again regardless if we go back to Brevard.

Perfect Location

We visited Brevard for the first time and found the location for this VRBO to be perfect for walking around town and up to the Brevard Music Center. The only time we used the car was for hikes and waterfalls. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the space, though small, was very clean. Sasha was friendly and easy to communicate with. We even saw a white squirrel in one of the yards down the street right before departing!

Great spot for two people

One block from downtown. Walk to lots of places, short car ride to many more. Unit in a super shaded spot in town. Extremely clean.

The cottage was nice and very clean. The location is very convenient to everything in Brevard and especially the Music Center, where we were going. Unfortunately, we thought we were staying in the house, shown in the advertisement, until I received the confirmation, 42 hours prior, that explained that the cottage was behind the house. All in all it was a good, clean, convenient place for us.

Short Vacation

Sometimes all you need is a short vacation. For my birthday this year I chose to go to visit NC because of the waterfalls and great outdoors. We chose a VRBO. Our host, Sasha was great from day one. She communicated and recommended plenty of things to do, to include the local white squirrel festival. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, quiet and very well located down town. The food was great and a big plus for me I could easily have vegan food. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and kind. And lastly, the waterfalls are awesome. Thank you Sasha.
