The Costa Blanca coastline has Europe's best climate with the most sunny days a year. Summer temperatures normally vary between 25º and 35º, winter temperatures between 12º and 24º.
As you step into our villa, we invite you to unwind and make yourself at home. With four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and accommodation for up to ten guests, there's ample space for everyone to relax and rejuvenate. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, our villa provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.

About the home
The property is located in the ever-popular area of La Marina. Situated between the bustling cities of Santa Pola and Alicante in the north, and the serene havens of Guardamar and Torrevieja in the south, La Marina provides an ideal base for your coastal adventures.

Discover the magic of this region with ease - just 45 minutes from the vibrant energy of Benidorm, an hour from the picturesque landscapes of Altea and Albir, and a mere 25 minutes to the cultural delights of Alicante. Need to explore further? Elx (Elche), a charming Spanish city, is a quick 10-12 minute drive away.


Within La Marina itself, you'll find everything you need within arm's reach. From large supermarkets to quaint local butchers, from essential services like police and emergency rooms to the convenience of a taxi central and pharmacy, the town has it all. Bedroom no. 3 - with 1x bunk bed with two berths, one down and one above (best suited for children over 6 years old. in terms of weight load and risk of falling), here there is also a bunk bed (i.e. a single bed with two beds stacked on top of another, which can easily be divided so that the bed forms two beds, one of which can then, for example, be moved into another room).

Equipments
The home also has a foldable baby bed, as well as a baby chair and pram that can be borrowed. High-speed fiber has been installed in the home, so here you can stream or work in the best possible options.

Meet and greet
A local company is used for "key holder services" (clean, meet and greet). They are met by the tenant at the agreed time. On arrival and departure, the home is inspected with the tenant and an inspection report is kept in accordance with deposit. Costs for washing and cleaning bed linen/towels are paid by the tenant.
