Villa Oceania gives your family a large terrace and living space combined with a quiet location and spectacular views. In short, a good basis for a relaxing holiday. Walking distance to bars and restaurants (International, Indian, Italian, Chinese, etc.). Check in time peakseason (june-july-aug) friday and saturday (possible to make inquiry for other days).
Free Internet 100Mbit Fiber, Wifi on both floors (both 2.4 and 5GHz). Everything is included (standard consumption) of electricity and water. The pool had a total "makerover" in 2017 and is cleaned by professional pool company twice per week (summer). 300m to the golf course and 900m to restaurants, bar, golf clubhouse, hairdresser and supermercado. Seven golf courses within 19km distance (more facts at the bottom).
Two large trees and several small on the plot as well as mandarin, lemon, orange trees, hibiscus, oleander and bougainvillea, creates a genuine Mediterranean atmosphere.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 with double bed (2x90) and AC. Large storage facilities.
Bedroom 2 with 1x140 bed.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave with grill, hob, oven, coffee maker, Tassimo, electric citrus press (there are lemon and orange trees on the property), kettle and crockery and glassware for 10 people +. Furnished dining table for 8 people (going to sit more if you pull out the table)
Living room with fireplace. Large AC that cools the entire floor. TV (Satellite), the computer connected to the Internet and Google Chrome Cast to easily share and view pictures from today's outing. Stereo and an optional wireless speakers. Intelligent home with Nexa electrical controls for lights. Alarms and shutters for all windows.
Bathroom, toilet, bathtub and separate shower area. A hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron.
Glazed porch with opening parties. Dining area for four and a sofa and a table for a nice afternoon time.
Laundry room with washer / tumble dryer and ironing board and iron.
Downstairs with separate private entrance (completely separate floor).
Bedroom 3 large double bedroom (2x90). Large AC that cools the entire floor. TV and Chromecast. Large storage facilities.
Bedroom 4 large double bedroom (2x90) and sofa bed (double). Screen Chromecast. Large storage facilities. Also, two additional guest beds.
Bathroom, toilet and separate shower area. Two hair-dryers. Small furnished hall with a fridge.
Pool area and grounds
Double Plot approx 800m2 with large pool area which has a stunning view of the surroundings and the golf course. Pool 8x4 (totally silent when all pool equipment placed in the garage), outside shower with changing opportunity, 8st sunbeds (5 new), pavilion with the ability to pull down the sides to get shade. 8st adjustable seats (+ 2 extra) and table for 8 people (in the garage are extra tables and 10 extra chairs so totally you can sit up to 20 persons). A Weber gas grill and a simple charcoal grill. Dual automatic watering system for the plants.
Parking and garages
In the pool area there is a large garage with space for two cars (nice to have a cool car). Electrically remote controlled garage door. Pool equipment is installed in garages to avoid hearing noise from the pool pump and pool cleaning at the pool area.
On the front is a parking (7x3,5m) behind locked gates. Moreover, there is always plenty of parking on the road, both on the top and the downside of the Villa Oceania.

Trips
Villa Oceania is a perfect place to be as the starting point for many excursions both north and south. Moreover, only about 50 km (highway) from the airports of Alicante and Murcia.
Since almost the entire Costa Blanca area is like one long beach, there are many different beaches to choose from (with palm trees, lounge chairs and dining on the beach or where you can be almost alone), the nearest is just 7km away (about 10min by car).
There are local daily markets on almost every weekday in the surrounding villages (worth a visit). One of Europe's largest shopping LaZenia Boulevard is within about 20min trip. Torrevieja is within about 10 minutes by car. From there you can go by boat to places such as the island of Tabarca (about 40min). Many of the boats have glass windows underneath so you can see the fish around the boat. Perfect outing to snorkel and visit the small fish restaurants on the island.
Benidorm entertainment & shopping 1h (north)
Mediterranean's largest theme park located within 1h drive.
Cartagena's city center reminiscent of Stroget in Copenhagen. Here you will also find a well-preserved Roman amphitheater about 50min (south)
