This was the most amazing family holiday. Rosie was absolutely fantastic from the moment I booked until the day I left. She gave us so many valuable local tips leading up to our holiday and answered every question I had. We had such a warm welcome from Mitch when we arrived and she carefully showed us around the house explaining everything to make our stay memorable. We were even supplied with bread, ham, cheese, butter and milk to make sure we had some staples before we could get to the shops……oh and don’t forget the wine :) The house was fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed. We spent our mornings at the beach and then spent the afternoons and evenings swimming, playing pool and darts, listening to music and BBQing. On the day we left Mitch was there to say goodbye and make sure we had the best time.Rosie I want to say a massive thank you from all 10 of us for allowing us to make beautiful memories in your perfect house. You were so personable and that made the experience so much better. When we visit Spain we will be coming back to you.

Great communication and check in. It’s a little remote but a short drive to San Miguel with supermarket and restaurants. The inside communal spaces/kitchen are a little tired but the outside space was ideal. Lots of amenities outside with BBQ, Pool, Pool Table and Darts. Worked for 3 families.

Golf trip with friends

We stayed in the villa for four days in mid-March. Really enjoyed the Villa, communication with property manager was excellent and the house met all our needs. A bit of distance to restaurants and shops but we had cars or used taxis which worked well.

Loved it, we will be back!

We have just returned from a week stay at this property and can not fault it. Rosie was brilliant from the start and so friendly. Lovely clean house, plenty of room, good size pool. Very relaxing family holiday. A car is needed to get around to shops etc but that is stated. We hope to return. Thank you so much :)

Lovely villa. Just a couple of suggestions: at least one of the folding parasols need replacing as it cannot be fixed in the upright position. On our last visit we had a lovely 'welcome pack' that was absent this time. Not incumbent on the owners to provide as such, but it did make a nice touch. Maybe the pool area could be jet-washed as it would probably look a million dollars afterwards. Otherwise, really enjoyed the space and facilities.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. In response to your comments, the parasol would have been easily replaced should you have mentioned it was broken. The pool area is cleaned so I can only assume there was rain during the night that left sand deposits which can sometimes happen. Im pleased you were once again able to make the most of the space and facilities and we hope to see you again.

Très belle et spacieuse Villa.Tout est présent sur place jusqu aux jouets de piscine.La ville voisine manque un peu de vie, mais a 10min en voiture nous avons trouvé notre bonheur.

Plenty of room for large families

Everything we needed was provided from a travel cot and high chair to pool towels; of which there were masses and very well used with everyone in and out of the pool. Being a large family with differing ages there was an area in the villa suitable for everyone. Taxis hit and miss in the area if you don’t hire a car! But my daughter belongs to villa Martin forum and we found an Uber type company that we could book and track arrival simply. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time together as a family and the weather was amazing!

Perfect Villa in a peaceful location

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 10 day stay in the villa. Everything was perfect for us, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise especially with a hungry toddler and arriving late! It’s a great size, we were a party of 8 and wasn’t on top of each other! The outside space is great and having the heated pool in October was brilliant! Thank you Rosie xx

A group of us stayed here for a wedding in the area and we had a blast, great pool, lots of seating, great stay!
