Welcome to our stunning, family friendly home. With its modern upgrades and charming details, this home is sure to impress. We put a lot of love, time and effort and we hope love the result! Located in a premier location in Overland Park. Easy access to dozens of great local businesses, restaurants, shops, and bars. With easy access to I-35 you will only be a few minutes away from KC's top attractions, 30 mins from KC airport, 15 mins from downtown, P&L district, Convention Center.
The Space:
Welcome to our home! With FOUR bedrooms and THREE and a HALF bathrooms, this property comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. You'll find two bedrooms with luxurious king-sized beds and two bedrooms with cozy queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. Please note that all bedrooms are located on the second and third levels, with no bedrooms on the main floor therefore some stairs are required.

Our home features two living areas on the main floor, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main living room is cozy and inviting, featuring a large couch and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, a second living area offers another comfortable space for gathering with friends and family.
Our spacious backyard is a true gem, featuring a large fenced area perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. Whether you're enjoying a morning cup of coffee on the patio or hosting a barbecue with friends and family, our outdoor space provides the ideal setting for making cherished memories.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy indoors or al fresco on the patio. Need to catch up on some work? Feel free to utilize the dining area as your workspace.
Nestled in a central location just minutes away from the freeway , our home offers convenience and accessibility for exploring all that Kansas City has to offer. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, you'll enjoy the tranquility of suburban living with the added bonus of easy access to major highways.
Don't worry about parkingâour property features a spacious 4-car driveway, ensuring plenty of space for all guests.

Self-entry: A unique door code is created and sent to you for convenient access.
All areas of the home are accessible except the basement and garage.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a neighborhood that boasts tree lined streets and unique homes. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches. Its proximity to downtown and other local amenities makes it the ideal location from from which you can enjoy metro Kansas City/Shawnee/ Overland Park and the surrounding areas (without the hustle and bustle of the city) whether you're in town for business or pleasure.
Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.
Other Things to Note:
Parking: Driveway Parking Only (Garage is currently used for storage and is unavailable for guest use)
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet timesâ 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and records when motion is detected.
LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stayâ we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless itâs necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
