â This home is in the flight path. Guests can expect to hear sounds from airplane travel.
â The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor in the home. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.
âWe have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
â We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
