The Space:

Styled in a relaxed Bohemian design, this lovely retreat offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. The bungalow features a comfy queen bed, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, and an ambient fireplace to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. For entertainment, there’s a flatscreen TV, and a bistro table offers a great spot to enjoy a meal or your morning coffee. There is a mini fridge and microwave for quick and simple bites, while air conditioning and WiFi ensure you stay comfortable and connected during your stay. The bathroom is clean and modern, featuring a glass-enclosed shower for a refreshing experience plus there is a washer/dryer (shared). Outside, the shared backyard space is ideal for outdoor relaxation, complete with a BBQ for grilling. With the beach just steps away and the beauty of Pacific Beach all around, this gem offers a perfect coastal getaway.

Please note this is one of 4 units onsite. The laundry and backyard are shared between all units.

• 3 night minimum stay.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet.

• Street parking only available. No garage access.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
