Updated 2 Plus Loft, 3 bathroom Snowflower Townhome
This beautifully updated two-bedroom-plus-loft condo is surrounded by the many great activities of Mammoth Lakes. Start your morning with coffee on the balcony, while enjoying the breathtaking views of quaking aspens and the majestic mountains backdrop. The wood-paneled walls in this condo make for a cozy alpine feel, while the sleek dining and kitchen areas keep you feeling pampered.
As you enter the condo on the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The second/master bedroom has a king bed and full bath. Each bedroom has spacious closets, smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms for ultimate privacy. There is also a laundry closet in the hall, complete with washer and dryer.
The second floor is a wonderful open floor plan with plenty of seating for family and friends, smart TV, shuffleboard, an open plan kitchen and dining, and the third bathroom with shower. There is also a balcony with a propane BBQ to enjoy some outdoor cooking.
The loft is a large, comfortable sleeping area (one queen and two twin beds) with TV, DVD, and games for kids or kids at heart.
The Snowflower complex has a swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, sauna, and tennis/pickleball courts on-site.
Other amenities in this unit include a locking outdoor closet for skis/snowboard and fishing pole storage. There are snow toys stored in the outdoor closet for the kids to use in the winter.
The condo offers free Wi-Fi, and the unit has hassle-free keyless entry.
The Snowflower units are peaceful, and are conveniently located just minutes from the Vons Shopping Center and Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. The serene Mammoth Creek runs along Old Mammoth Road behind the complex, where the town's paved walking/biking trail can be accessed, and also leads to Mammoth Creek Park. This park has picnic tables along the running creek, and a wonderful playground for the kids to enjoy. Next to this park is the new indoor Mammoth Ice Rink, which offers fun family-oriented events throughout the winter season. The Snowcreek Golf Course is across the street for a summer pastime.
The free Mammoth Shuttle Service stops in front of the complex with routes around town and to the various ski lodges. For those who wish to drive to the ski lodges, they are just minutes away (Eagle Lodge 5 minutes, Canyon Lodge 8 minutes, Main lodge 15 minutes).
