À quelques pas de Canyon Lodge et à quelques pas du village! Bénéficiant d'un design épuré et incomparable et de commodités modernes, cette maison de ville de 2 chambres et mezzanine / 2 salles de bains promet une escapade de montagne ultime pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.

Réparti sur trois étages, ce refuge de luxe offre un espace intérieur abondant avec une cuisine récemment rénovée et un plancher chauffant électrique. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent un garage privé pour deux voitures avec un stockage sécurisé pour les équipements sportifs et une station de recharge pour les véhicules électriques. Tous à quelques minutes à pied des remontées mécaniques et des sentiers, de Canyon Lodge et du Village.

Passez du temps ensemble dans le salon avec une vue imprenable sur Mammoth Mountain, des plafonds voûtés, beaucoup de lumière naturelle, une cheminée à granulés de bois, un téléviseur HD Ultra HD de 55 pouces avec lecteur Roku, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi privée. La nouvelle cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée comprend des plans de travail en quartz et des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable. Servez de d��licieux repas au bar du petit-déjeuner pour 3 personnes ou rassemblez-vous dans la salle à manger officielle pour 8 personnes. Profitez de l'air frais sur le pont situé à côté de la salle à manger.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay! Location is very convenient and an easy walk to Canyon Lodge. Would be nice to have a few more utensils, and couple more towels and shower amenities but otherwise a great place and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great Spot Close to the Lifts

Park & Play! Great Mammoth Condo.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Views of slopes and a lift from the sofa! 2 car garage was very convenient during our snowy days there. The patio was great to hang out on during the snow storm. Comfortable living room seating and having a washer & dryer was a bonus Host responsiveness was excellent. We will definitely come back to stay!

Fantastic location, great place!

This was the perfect landing pad for our group--two families with one child each. The location was fantastic--I understand it's even better during ski season--and the home itself has been nicely updated and maintained. Property managers were very responsive when we had trouble with the keypad on day one. Hope to stay here again and happy to recommend it!

Great condo 5 minute walk to canyon lodge

This condo is in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to canyon lodge and 15 minute walk or shuttle down to the village. House was in great condition and slept 8 of us comfortably. Indoor 2 car garage was also very convenient. We had such a fun trip, will be coming back soon.

Mammoth Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend in Mammoth at this gorgeous property. The property was walking distance from Canyon Lodge. It had all the amenities you would need for the weekend. There was a gorgeous balcony with a beautiful view. It was stocked very well with a number of games, which was pleasant and gave all of us something to do during our evenings. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible!

The place was amazing but I was charged for a Pet Cleaning fee with out any proof or documentation, after multiple request for it, when I never had a pet anywhere on the property during my stay.

Beautiful Place, Close to Canyon Lodge

This was a lovely property within walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The only downside was the check out process - it was an excessive list with monetary penalties if we didn't do everything e.g. no evidence of watermarks anywhere. We were wiping down the wood floor at the front door even. That's not fun as a guest. Other than that, I'd absolutely stay here again.

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. As a professional property manager we post clear rules, expectations for departure, and potential fees or fines for ignoring those rules during your stay or after departure. We almost never actually fine anyone, because virtually all guests follow the rules. We donÕt ask for anything too hard: no linen stripping, no cleaning- just a few basics like trash removal, heat settings, run the dish washer, etc.). All guests must sign a contract when booking and these rules and fines must specifically be initialed for approval before completing the booking procedure. These same rules and fines are posted inside the unit to ensure there are no surprises.ÊWe believe posting the rules up front so they are clearly understood to be the best way to meet our dual obligation to our renters, as well as to our homeowners, who expect us to protect their home and investment. Our check out rules have good reasons for them. For example, failure to remove trash after your stay can invite bears to break in, causing thousands of dollars in property damage. Similarly, a vacant unit left unheated can have pipes burst; parking and noise violations can bring police or HOA fines on the property owner, etc. All our rules have similar logic, I don't have enough space here to explain them all, but call if you're concerned. Perfect condo for me, my sister and a friend. Easy walk to Canyon lodge. Post is completely accurate. Kitchen is well appointed. WiFi is a bit iffy and we had to log out of all devices to watch Netflix. No big deal. Couch could use a couple more pillows. Very small critiques for a great place.

Friends & family trip

Finding the property was a little bit difficult due to how much snow mammoth has gotten over the last three weeks. Once found everything was great. It was however very difficult to have the wet room outside and not have dry area to take off snow equipment. Other than that everything about the property was amazing. I would definitely put this again!

Overall clean. Just a few notes for improvement. But, we would definitely stay again.

Clean. Only downfalls were the lack of towels for our family. There is a washer and dryer, so I did them once but hard to keep washing when you’re on vacay. And description of x2 twin beds in loft is not accurate. It’s one twin and a foam mat which my other teenager daughter didn’t want to stay on. So, we used the fold out on the couch nightly. Not any deal breakers. Would definitely return and just bring more towels. View of Canyon was remarkable! That was my favorite part of the cabin.

The cost of linens and supplies is covered in our fixed cleaning fee. This is disclosed to guests in the pre-booking guest contract that must be signed before completing booking. It is also pointed out to guests in the check-in instructions, pre-arrival and in the blue guest binder located in the unit itself. As explained throughout those various places, units are stocked with clean bed linens on the beds, and a bagged set (under side table or in closet) for the pull out sofa (if equipped). 1 bath towel per person (based on the group/party size reported). 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 shower mat (except half baths) per bathroom. 1 travel size each of: beauty bar, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash, & 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2-3 rolls of paper towels, 1 new sponge, 10 dishwasher pods, 2 dish towels, 2 4-cup coffee packets, 2 tissue boxes. 10 laundry pods (if laundry is equipped in-unit). Fire starters, lighter and long matches (if equipped with wood burner). Additional cleaning services and supplies are available for order from our Housekeeping Department. We are available pre-booking to help ensure you book the best property for you, but travelers need to be an active participant in that process. If a particular feature or amenity is important to you, please contact us pre-booking to confirm the property you are considering will meet your needs. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a strong background in hospitality management, sales, and marketing. In addition to operating a vacation rental company, Megan often advises other resort management companies as a consultant. Her husband Jason also holds a Bachelor's degree from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and has a background in real estate finance and transactions.
