*. This is a main floor unit. There might be other guests staying in the basement.
*. The basement guest would have to use the steps next to the garage to access to their unit. You may see they in the front yard. But they don't have access to the porch, nor the backyard.

Other Disclosure

*. Steps disclosure: 15+ steps at the entrance.
*. AC Disclosure: Central AC.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests in the basement unit, so some noise is possible. The basement unit has a separate entrance and does not share any spaces. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
