Cottage rénové à 1,5 km de la plage à Chatham!

* 2 nuits minimum hors saison fin septembre-mai, avec enregistrement anticipé et départ tardif disponibles!

Notre maison est disponible pour le très populaire week-end de Chatham Stroll, du 13 au 15 décembre, veuillez vous renseigner! Également disponible pour les vacances d’hiver, venez rendre visite à votre famille au cap pour les vacances et séjournez dans votre propre chalet rénové.

Nous réservons maintenant pour l'été 2020, location à la semaine uniquement du samedi au samedi week-end du Memorial Day (23 mai 2020) jusqu'à la fin de la semaine de la fête du Travail (12 septembre).

Chalet 4 saisons de style bungalow entièrement rénové, situé dans une rue calme, à proximité de tout Chatham !! Deux chambres chacune avec lits queen, 1 salle de bain complète. Coin repas pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Clôturé dans la cour avec patio. Cette maison est pratique pour les magasins, restaurants, plages, pistes cyclables publiques. Les terrains de golf et les courts de tennis sont facilement accessibles.

Le centre de Chatham est un village pittoresque à seulement cinq minutes en voiture. Ses rues sont bordées de nombreux magasins, restaurants et une salle de cinéma. Chaque vendredi soir, en ville, il y a un concert de groupe que vous ne voulez pas manquer.

Il y a tellement d'activités à faire et à voir à Chatham. Navigation de plaisance, pêche, VTT sur une piste cyclable dédiée, Seal Cruises visitant le Commercial Fish Pier, la station de la Garde côtière, pour en nommer quelques-uns. Il y a plusieurs plages à proximité. Les plus proches sont Ridgevale & Hardings Beaches un peu plus d'un mile. Des autocollants de plage quotidiens ou hebdomadaires pour Ridgevale, Hardings, Cockle Cove et / ou un parking le long de Bridge St pour Lighthouse Beach sont disponibles au kiosque dans les stationnements de plage.

Wonderful stay! Close to restaurants, beaches and shopping. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything to prepare a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Cute cottage, great location

This was the perfect size for our family. A mile or so from downtown Chatham and just as close to some cute beaches and attractions. The backyard is fenced in so perfect for kids and the house had everything you need.

Adorable Cottage in Convenient Location

This cottage was charming, well decorated, quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a couple of friends traveling together. There is a beach within walking distance (if you really like to walk) and downtown is just a short drive away. Jaclyn was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great place for a quick summer trip! Location is about 8 min by car to downtown Chatham and around the corner from the rail trail. You are close to Ridgevale and Hardings beach. House was very clean and Jackie was excellent with communication. We had a great stay!

Great home close to the beach!

The house was perfect for our small family of three. Great location in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing this home is missing is a washer and dryer! Would definitely recommend this great home on the Cape!

Just adorable!

The cottage is as cute as can be-sparkling clean with lots of extras in kitchen and such to make anyone's stay easier. Location is a very quiet little neighborhood, but close to most of what Chatham is all about. Though it was too chilly for us to use, the backyard is very cute and adds to the overall quaintness. Would recommend without hesitation.

We loved our stay at this cute house just an 8 minute drive from downtown Chatham. Something to note is that you need to order your sheets/towels beforehand. We were unaware of this until check in process.

amazing stay on all fronts EXCEPT one minor thing - the master bed frame squeaks so much!!!! it was impossible to have 2 adults sleep in there - one of us had to sleep on couch :( other than that - SUPERB!!! if the bed frame is fixed we will definitely return!!

Spring getaway in Chatham

I had a relaxing stay at this sweet cottage. The farmhouse/coastal decor was wonderful. I would definitely return to this home. I did need to clean the shower as it was not thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival. Otherwise, the location of the cottage was great. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Little House!

This place is absolutely darling in every way! It was perfect for our girls trip! The location is great and close to downtown Chatham. We had everything we needed for making lunches and dinners. House was fully stocked. King bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We did kill a few spiders and silverfish but other than that we have no complaints. We'd definitely stay here again!

Cute house with beach cottage feel - convenient to everything

Listing accurate on what you need to bring. There was a little of this and that to use. The place was perfect for our needs ...the decor was very pleasing. On a dead end street. Very quiet.Close to beach and anything else you could need or want. Recommend Whale Watch ... As there is no washer or dryer, it would be nice to have had a clothes line.
