This home boasts an updated chef's kitchen with a large breakfast bar and opens to a cozy living area with a sectional couch that doubles as a full-size sleeper. The bedroom features a tempurpedic queen-sized mattress and memory foam pillows—perfect for unwinding after a day in Brooklyn. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and stay productive with a 42-inch work desk, 27-inch monitor, and a Herman Miller chair. With ample natural light and privacy, Withers is an ideal urban retreat.

Note there are three levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor. Available for use, is a Peloton bike that has been modified to accommodate any type of shoes, so you can use it without cycling shoes.



The Neighborhood:

Williamsburg has quickly become one of New York’s most desirable and lively neighborhoods in the past decade or two, and is a perfect location from which to enjoy the city’s best art, culture and bars whilst still having the more residential and green vibe of Brooklyn. Here you are ideally situated, close to subways and bars/restaurants, and equally near to McCarren Park and the East River for a daily dose of fresh air and nature.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Only small, trained pets. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold

- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold

- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
