Convenient Location for Boston Calling

Bruce and his family failed to read and understand the listing. They came with the intention of staying one night for the football game at the nearby Harvard Stadium on the next day, since our listing requires minimum stay for two nights. They planned on driving elsewhere after the game. Bruce and his wife had full control of the central heating system, including additional space heating units we provided. Yet, they purposely dropped the temperature in the morning before texting us about the indoor temperature after staying the entire night. We offered Bruce a full refund if he and his wife felt unsatisfied and were to leave immediately. However, they chose to stay for the free parking, which we offered for the trouble of not ready on time, and continued to go for the game with his family and had their cars parked securely at our property until they came back after the game. As a matter of fact, Bruce was well informed over the phone prior to check-in that we could cancel the booking with a full refund, to which Bruce refused.
