We are conveniently located close to the popular Southie bar scene on WEST BRODWAY, as well as neighboring SEAPORT and BOSTON CONVENTION CENTER. Or hop on the RED LINE for easy access to the city center!

* Private office space with standing desk
* DRIVEWAY with space for 2 medium size cars
* Outdoor patio set and propane grill

The space:
The living room includes a leather sectional couch and ottoman that provides a comfortable space to accommodate a large group. The highlight of the room is a 55" Samsung Frame TV which doubles as an eye-catching art piece when not in use.
Our kitchen features an oversized island with 6 barstools and is equipped with everything you might need to prepare a homecooked meal.
Behind the kitchen youâll find the home office with a door for privacy if you need to take a work call or just create some division.
The main floor full bathroom can be accessed through the office.
Upstairs youâll find another full bathroom with a tub plus two spacious bedrooms with memory foam mattresses.
Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a 65â smart TV.
The additional 2 bedrooms are located in the basement. Each bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. On the basement level youâll also find the washer and dryer.
