"Porch A Lotta" is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, second row home with a private pool! Offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sparkling Atlantic, Marsh, and Intracoastal Waterway! Located on the peaceful west end on a large fenced in double lot allowing for endless entertainment opportunities and privacy.

Walking into this home you will be met with a large open floorplan. The newly renovated well stocked kitchen features updated appliances, and a large kitchen island. The living room offers a large flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings to enjoy a family movie night together. On the main floor of the home you will also find two bedrooms. This gorgeous home features 5 bedrooms, each decorated with coastal decor with your comfort a top priority.

Lots of room, nicely private, steps away from the beach. We cooked all our meals for the week; the pans need to be replaced as all of them are scratched up. The beverage cooler was great so as not to take up fridge room. There's a fruit fly infestation, which they are aware of due to the 3 ceramic apples on the counter. They were a non-stop nuisance however. The plumbing is slow in one of the upstairs bathrooms and the sink drains painfully slow.We would rent here again.

Porchalotta

Online this looks like a beautiful, secluded, private rental. Our family was so excited to stay here. As we arrived we found that the pictures online looked much better than what we were actually getting. The carpet is stained, walls are dirty, and the furniture was not clean. One of the beds box spring/frame is on the floor. The house had a very strong musty smell. The kitchen is beautifully renovated but the remainder of the house is outdated. The pool was not clean at all. It was full of crabs, worms, leaves, sand and dirt. When we called to ask what the refund process was they moved us to in a new house within 30 minutes because even the rental company knew. They admitted no one had rented this in a while and they knew it had a smell. We should have known based off not having any reviews. I hope this review will be a help to someone else before spending a large ammount of money.
