"Wine Down" is the west side of a beautiful Ocean Front Duplex located in the less crowded area of Holden Beach! The home offers you private beach access at your doorstep with exquisite views of the Atlantic Ocean, the ICW and Tidal Marsh! The home is bright and spacious with many amenities! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. A spacious Master Suite upstairs offers a king size bed, streaming TV, and a large private balcony just perfect for catching the salty breezes off the dunes. Bedroom #3 is located on the second floor offering a queen size bed with streaming TV. Bedroom #1 is located on the second floor facing the marsh offering excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings. This bedroom offers 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, 1 queen bed with 1 twin bunk bed overhead and streaming TV. Bedroom #2 is located downstairs, offering 1 full bed and 2 twin beds and streaming TV. A spacious living room, kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining inside, while enjoying the oceanfront views of the Atlantic. The kitchen is equipped with a stand alone ice maker for your coolers and drinks, a Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo, new stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to make homecooked meals. You can also maximize your outdoor vacation time by relaxing in the downstairs outdoor area that includes two hammocks, 8' picnic table and gas grill which includes free propane! Come join us in Holden Beach for some relaxing fun in the sun!

For 2024, a private, heated 8X12 Swim Spa is included. The Swim Spa is the perfect mini pool for family fun. It comfortably fits up to 9 adults and features 32 hydrotherapy jets for maximum massage. The hydrotherapy jets are positioned in each corner of the swim spa to target specific muscle groups. It also features a water propulsion system that creates a current that you can swim against which can be adjusted to customize the difficulty level.

This property is located at 811 Ocean Blvd West. Wine Down is on the west (right) side as you face the building from the street. The east (left) side is not a rental property and unavailable to rent.

This is a PET FREE property

Beautiful beach house. We had a very pleasant stay and the kids loved the beach access and the hot tub. The house was in great shape and very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. At first, I was a bit concerned about the duplex kind of house but it was no issue. Mostly because we are a noisy family. The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay.

Great time at this beach house! Hosts were very personable and helpful. We loved that it was so close to the water, nice views, the spa tub was great as a jacuzzi, and we appreciated the extra ice maker! Overall a lovely stay!

STEPS TO THE OCEAN

Stayed for 1 week, and the property was as advertised just steps from the Ocean. Great set up for our family with teenagers. Entire general area is safe and the property has ample room for everyone. Great pick!

My family and I have rented up and down the Carolina coast, and we have never been happier. The property is well maintained and communication with the host is excellent. Appliances work great and the bathrooms are modern with great water pressure. We especially enjoyed the swim spa.

Fabulous stay at Holden Beach

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Holden Beach at Wine Down. My children and I and my mom thoroughly enjoyed the property, well situated and in close proximity to a few restaurants and a general store. With the beach just a few steps away from the back door and a beautiful swim spa to enjoy at night, we couldn’t ask for more. The owners were immediately responsive when we had to adjust our dates last-minute. We’ll be back!
