This Vrbo was anazing! Me and my partner loved our time here! The house was very clean and supplied with nessessities. The surrounding area was very nice, bus stop nearby with convenience stores and a park. The host was very respectful and communicated very well with us! I 100% would go here again!

This property is clean and well kept. The correspondence with the owner was easy. Details like water and snacks were considered by the owner. Located near the REO neighborhood with good restaurants, a few shops etc.

Renter Beware

Worst weekend of our life!First, were sent to the wrong place.It was not the place shown in the description.We were tired, it was late. We had moved my daughter all day.Had to pack all our belongings back up only to move to another place. Then, the ad said sleeps two. We get there and there is a twin bed! The dryer did not work! There were no mugs for the coffee or any coffee. We had brought my daughters fan to the place because it was hot. We come home that evening and our fan was gone! Why would you take a fan out of a place that someone was renting? He did not return it either. I asked for my money back or at least something for all our inconveniences, but he wouldn't. Beware of this place!

Not so charming

This was by far the worst rental we have had, and we would have left the first night if we thought we could have gotten our money back. The neighborhood was not the best, but that is more on us not knowing the area. Communication wasn’t the best as we had to reach out to get the code to the unit. When you first walk in you are hit with a very unpleasant smell that sticks with all your clothes for the rest of the trip. The place was also very dirty and there was no dish soap. It made us wonder how and if the dishes had been cleaned previously or just rinsed off. We had to go to the store to buy soap and a cleaner to wipe down the floors and surfaces. I am not sure why we have to pay a cleaning fee when it obviously was not professionally cleaned. There was heavy dust around corners and hairballs under tables. The bed was small and wrapped in plastic which made it noisy and hot. The shower door was a DIY job and water leaked all over the floor. The upstairs tenant watched TV all through the night and you could hear all the words of their true crime show at 3:30 am. However, when we reached out to the owner, he did contact the tenant, and we didn’t have the issue the other nights. The updates to the space look nice in the photos but there are some DIY issues such as the bathroom door not closing and the shower door leaking. There is potential for this rental if the cleanliness, smell, and DIY updates improve. The AC worked well and the kitchen functioned well.

I was unable to stay at this property due to an unsafe environment. I reached out to the host immediately, and they did not respond until 24 hours later and did not provide any assistance. I was forced to leave and pay for different lodging at my own expense. This was extremely disappointing, stressful and expensive. The listing does not accurately represent the reality of the location, and the lack of communication from the host made an already upsetting situation worse. I had to find and pay for last-minute alternative accommodations because I did not feel safe staying here. I would strongly caution any future guests to be aware of the surrounding area and the lack of host communication or accountability. I cannot recommend this property and strongly advise others to beware.
