Nice stay

The property is comfortable, in a nice location, and met our needs. My only complaints are that i had to wash the dishes before using them as most of them had food stuck to them, and the bed in the master was very uncomfortable.

Eagle Crest Convenience

Enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. Location is convenient for getting around Central Oregon. This two bedroom had every needed and more.

Long weekend

Nice property overall, good amenities, close to dining at the main lodge. High Desert climate, cold but sunny in January. Everything was as described on site, one thing did not realize was a townhome, neighbors dogs barking was frustrating early in the morning but beyond the property owner's control. The "Time lock" on the unit was frustrating, we arrived 15 minutes early and were unable to gain access without a phone call. I just needed a restroom

Comfy beds, good location, nice having a washer and dryer. Well stocked with essentials, but could use a baking sheet. Updated? Not at all. Kitchen and appliances and bathrooms are very dated, carpet is old and stained, deck furniture old, torn (one chair broken) and dirty. A few of the upright 2x2” deck railing pieces are loose at the bottom, which I found out when I swept. Not great for kids… The door to the deck closes with great difficulty, needs to be adjusted. Relatively clean except for picture windows out to the deck, which were filthy. Very easy access so I’m not sure why. Quick response via text when the electronic lock acted up, but I couldn’t contact anyone via their phone messaging system. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is tired and worn out. Would not recommend or return.

This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we will be addressing your comments with our cleaning and maintenance teams. We will inspect and repair the deck furniture and railing, and have the sliding glass door adjusted. We also apologize for the issue with the electronic lock and the difficulty you had with contacting us via phone messaging. We understand and share your disappointment and are sorry that this stay did not meet your expectations or ours.
