Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes a smart TV with Direct TV stream guest account, fast WIFI, beach towels, comfortable memory foam beds and a fully stocked kitchen. The private fenced in backyard is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida weather with the outdoor patio furniture, cornhole, and grill. Your stay includes 4 beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, beach umbrellas and a rolling cooler.
We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.
The sparkling clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.
The property also has a free washer and dryer for your use.

Getting Around:
There is a Whole foods within 900 feet away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.

Things to know!
- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt.
-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.
